Harbor was the first ever Chief of River Soul and life long may to Bay. He was my first ever custom and has a special place in my heart. He lived to the ripe old age of 18 just long enough to see the birth of his 3 last pups one of whom didn’t make it. He is survived by 31/51 living children.
