Might not have gotten one through the event myself (pretty sure wolf party hates me), but that doesn't mean I can't buy one! I'm going to give him a dye lol -WP Click-

elder wolves are functionally no different, actually get added bonuses of letting puppies scout w/ them
Bluegrass Hollow
it wasn't that hard to do, if you don't want them to appear as "elder" go into pack activities > manage pack ranks, and make a rank name that's not assigned to replace another title. then just go to the wolf's profile, hit "assign custom rank" and click the new rank.

so like on my page, like the gammas and wardogs are elders w/ another overlaid title on top. that way, even though they have higher dominance than the betas, the betas (who aren't elders) are still considered the most eligible wolves to fill those positions

heir alphas are always so until there's an open alpha space, then I'm just picking the oldest + best one. gamma + heir gamma have to be the highest, oldest heroes + HW. if not equipped for any of those positions or their stats just aren't good enough then they're either relic crafters or healers/herbalists
Bluegrass Hollow
they've got from 1-3 to show some serious progress in related skillsets. if they do, they're categorized as officially hetaira or beta council. if they're warriors but not my gamma (general), heir gamma (next general) or three war dogs, they're "pathfinders" meaning they're j good for explore
Bluegrass Hollow
like in my pack lore i've got a few different tracks. they're either set for hetaira (breeder), beta (strategy or spirit leader), war, or, if they're born of the alpha they're automatically heir alpha
Bluegrass Hollow
Right now, my alphas are a mother and her son who is one year younger than her (oops) and he has had children atp who are "heir alpha"
Bluegrass Hollow
Yea I used to have it at like 10, but everyone is like 10 in my pack so I feel like i don't ge tthe chance to deeply train them
Moonfall
Bluegrass Personally it depends on the wolf. Alphas aren't elders till they have grandpups and are at least 10 years old. Otherwise it just depends. If they have no specific job I just make them elders at 5 so they have something to do

Shadow
Our dearly departed, shadow At times the world may seem an unfriendly and sinister place, but believe that there is much more good in it than bad. All you have to do is look hard enough. and what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey. | Wither
our dearly departed,Wither "When someone is crying, of course, the noble thing to do is to comfort them. But if someone is trying to hide their tears, it may also be noble to pretend you do not notice them. | Ultra blue
Our dearly departed, spiderleg/ultra blue If an optimist had his left arm chewed off by an alligator, he might say in a pleasant and hopeful voice, "Well this isn't too bad, I don't have a left arm anymore but at least nobody will ever ask me if I'm left-handed or right-handed," but most of us would say something more along the lines of, "Aaaaaa! My arm! My arm! | ||||||
