| holi im so sorry :( im in the exact same boat as you. my GERD is so bad that i recently went through with surgery to fix it. medication never worked for me either! sit up straight, sleep elevated, and (if you must) lay on your left side; i forget why, but sleeping on your left side doesn't cause the acid to come up as much. did your GERD start up out of no where? or have you always had it? |

| Cockroach, Me too </3 I've had severe GERD for years and even with medication I had episodes ToT And thanks for the tip. I'm gonna need it ;-; I'm so sad, a lot of foods I love give me bad reflux or indigestion. |

| holi i know how you feel regarding the acid reflux </3 it's legitimately one of the worst symptoms ever. sit up straight and close your eyes, it can help with the reflux sensation and nausea |

| I hate emetophobia. The more nauseated I feel the more anxious I feel which makes me more nauseated. Fuck acid reflux, I slept wrong and I'm paying for it. |

| @Kuno Agreed. There's definitely pros and cons and I am very grateful for the pros, like this game, video games, my friends and family(to a good sized extent I guess), my service dog and pet dogs, and some other things |

| health issues really, really suck. i almost lost my job last year because i called out too much within a short time frame. working, doing school, and living life in general while in pain sucks |
