| Petri You can't impress everyone. I really relate to you on being raised to see worth as achievement and praise. I won't get too deep either, but I used to be in a place where I basically hated myself and had zero confidence, with diagnosed severe anxiety and moderate depression on top. It really, really, really does help to learn to be kinder to yourself. Learn to see when expectations for yourself are unrealistic, and I promise you'll gain confidence and feel better overall <3 |
