| Cassi If you feel like therapy is a good idea, then go for it! I've been in it for a while. If you go in with a good mindset, you'll get good things out of it. Relationships you thought were good coming to an end always hurts, but if it helps at all, there is a saying I've always loved: You were okay before them, and you'll be okay after them.
