You carefully move past the grazing animal and enter the clearing made by the herd. They grunt and eye you warily, but make no move to attack or chase you out. The clearing mostly consists of trampled and eaten foliage and a few trees too big for the elephants to move out of their way.

You climb up a steep slope through the cliffs and steadily make your way to the lake. The water is still and calm when you arrive and there are various waterfowl around as well. They all appear to be further out in the water, though.
