Moon Fangs rising Scarlet Storms Lover
To get revenge on: Thaw Flash, Raining Sky, and Jade Whisper
Family: Scarlet Storm: Mom Photo Fire Dad:Storm Shade Sister: Jade whisper
Moon fang panted as he stumbled. He had just reached a town and it was late at night. The stars shining as the moon lit his way. The only reason he was safe was because it was night so all the humans were hiding inside. He quickly found the well as he was familiar with this town. Moon Fang had been a loner since he was just a pup. Exiled from his old pack. He desperately missed his best friend Scarlet Storm. On nights like this he wondered if she even remembered him still. It had been years since he saw her. After his parents died the ex-alphas of Angel Pack he had been sentenced to death. Though on a quick whim he managed to escape. Now he swore to get revenge on Thaw Flash and his family. Little did he know there was a lot underway back home.
Jade Whisper looked at her sister Scarlet Storm with betrayal in her eyes. Her sister was getting to mate with what was supposed to be hers. Now Jade Whisper was to be banished from the pack the moment Raining Sky mated with her sister. It repulsed Jade Whisper. She was supposed to be the one being mated to Raining Sky. Now she would be forced to leave the pack or become mates with their alpha Thaw Flash. The thought of carrying his babies disgusted her more. Even now after years she hated Moon Fang for dying. Why did he have to go die. It was no secret that Scarlet Storm and Moon Fang were the closest of the pack members. They were destined to be mates. Their parents and Moon Fang's parents had been best friends. They had made the pact. It was much like her own parents meeting. They had been best friends and thus promised to each other. She had watched in jealous rage as her love Raining Sky ignored her trying to catch the attention of her younger sibling.
Scarlet Storm sighed. It was another lonely night for her. She laid in the den of her supposed mate Raining Sky. though no matter what she could never bring herself to have his babies. Her heart belonged to Moon Fang, her dead lover. He was the only one she had ever wanted. But at the same time if she mated with Raining Sky and became pregnant it would tie the knot on her sisters fate and she could not do that. She looked at her parents everyday and saw the way their hearts broke. And everyday after their hearts continue breaking for they know that one day they have to lose a daughter.
Photo Fire and Storm Shade lay in their den. Upset by what is to come. They knew what their youngest daughter was doing by not mating with Raining Sky. though it only made it hurt worse. The day Moon Fang was murdered tore the two apart. They had seen him like their own son. None of their previous male pups had survived so when Moon Fang was born. Though birthed by another family they quickly adopted him as if one of their own. Though his parents did the same with their girls. Together the eight of them made one happy family. Truth be told Thaw Flash was jealous of them. Thaw Flash had killed Moon Fang and his parents. Ever since then there had been a big divide amongst the pack. Luckily enough they had never been put in a life-threatening situation…yet.
Thaw Flash looked with great lust as he watched Jade Whisper. She was going to rest now but that didn’t matter. Despite knowing that Moon Fang was alive and out there somewhere he knew the fool would never dare step foot back here. For Moon Fang was a little wimp and would have never amounted to anything. Truth be told Thaw Flash only did Scarlet Storm a favor by “killing” her lover than promising her to his own son. He was getting old though and knew that his son needed to mate with Scarlet Storm soon. It was pack tradition that the to be alpha female had to be pregnant and birth a litter before the alpha could step down and relinquish his position to that of his successor.
Moon Fang had a wicked smile on his face as he returned to his home. Though it would not be his home for much longer. He had grown into quite the stud and through training was also quite the fighter now. As he made it home it was turning daylight. Just the way Moon Fang liked it. Curling up in his den he would soon be off to sleep preparing his body for the trek to his old land in the next few days.
Raining Sky growled softly as he was awoken. Looking up at Storm Shade standing over him. The sun was barely peeking along the skyline now. Unfortunately this meant it was time to patrol the area. Getting to his paws as he did his best not to disturb his sleeping love Scarlet Storm. For once it actually worked too. Though he was getting irritated by her lack of wanting to seal their bond he had an idea in his head. If her parents suddenly died he may be able to finish the bonding process while she was in such a vulnerable state. Maybe even knock up the other sister while he was at it. He would be seen as the hero ensuring both sisters could stay in the pack. As Raining Sky, Storm Shade, and Photo Fire left the pack to go patrol the pack borders the idea came to him of what he must do. He knew a route that bears often traveled along and being the highest rank he got to lead them. With an evil glint in his eyes he began leading them towards the path. Storm Shade and Photo Fire didn’t question it as they were too sleepy to even realize the change in direction.
After sleeping for a few hours Moon Fang woke up to begin his normal workout. Which consisted of running and catching his food. He liked the thrill of catching his prey and feeling it bleed out beneath him. As he stretched out his legs he growled softly in response. Crawling out of his den-like hole. With another stretch he began to slowly walk. After a few minutes he would pick up the pace into a quick walk which turned into a trot. After he trotted for a good half hour he would begin running. His normal routine would consist of running for a few miles. Today though he was going to run for at least ten miles. The place he once called home was a good forty mile trek and he needed to be in top condition if he wanted to reach the land and kill Thaw Flash.
Raining Sky smiled as he continued to lead the two unsuspecting guests of his. About five miles in They reached a rather sketchy-looking cliff. Of course Raining Sky was leading them across it. This is when Photo Fore started becoming suspicious that something more was going on here. Storm Shade, ever so trusting, simply assumed it was part of a new route as the pack was always expanding its territory. As they walked the path got narrower. But due to Raining Sky's lean and skinny frame it didn't affect him as much. Meanwhile Silver Shade was struggling not to fall. With his more muscular body and wider frame. It was becoming rather dangerous. Photo Fire wasn't having too many issues getting across. She wasn't lean nor muscular. More of an in-between the two. Though watching her mate in front of her was almost enough to make her heart stop.
Silver Shade let out a few grumbles as the path got narrower. It was rather odd they would take such a way given the narrowness. Silver Shade always went on these patrols because of his fighting abilities. But as of now they were only making it harder for him. As he attempted to keep his footing along the edge. He was so excited when he saw the land open back onto the other side. He was almost there. Suddenly he watched as Raining Sky bolted forward. On instinct Silver Shade bolted after him. But it was one misstep. As he lost his footing. He kicked some rocks loose. Stumbling he would topple over the side. Clawing at the cliffside. As he hit the bottom the last thing he saw was the pained look of his mate Photo Fire looking at him. Then just like that he felt his neck snap as sharp claws penetrated his side. For he instantly knew he was dangling from the jaws of a bear.
Photo Fire stared down at her mate in pain. She instantly felt the loss of her love. With a yelp she felt herself being shoved. She howled loudly. She closed her eyes. Not wanting to see what caused her untimely demise. Unfortunately for her it was painful. She wailed and howled in pain as a bear sat there eating her alive with no care. She knew though that their death had been murder. Treason.
Raining Sky watched in delight as the two were killed. Now he would get his wish. With a sorrowful look he headed back to the pack. He was to deliver the news to his father first. That way it would ensure he and Scarlet Storm would have to mate within the next few days. As he padded back to the pack he practiced the way he would look with sympathy and sorrow amongst his mate and her sister.
