If it's a normal familiar, then once the health is gone, so are they. You can get the elixir to heal them before they go though.

Event familiars (FMC, Biddoo and monthly events) only flee like a wolf does. They won't die until old age takes them ^^

Alright. I got these babes here (you can have multiple), I can possibly offer art (examples here), or do a custom (some examples 1, 2, 3). I also have about 25 apples left in my account sadly 💀 so it'd most likely be a mix of apples and characters/art/customs (I'm offering on Jax)
