Dete Not the best, in all honesty I had an anxiety/depression related breakdown yesterday because I was overstimulated and something triggered me (still can't figure out what), and then I almost started crying in band tosay because my teacher said he cared and worried about us- I'm recovering though, definitely better than yesterday! How's everybody else though? |

Adapa, I'm glad you're doing better, but you know if you need anyone to talk to I am here! I can get overstimulated and have bad panics so I get the feeling entirely. We are here to help. Probably not good...? Uhh.. make sure it has no eggs because salmonella is no joke! And remember, try to at least eat something mildly healthy. (not ramen noodles!!) |

Nah, it's good to eat raw. Checked before I bought it. Besides, I've only got apples, carrots, cherries, cheese and that cookie dough in my fridge, so I'm probably good on the health front. |
