Well you're aloud to be mad at things. It's a human emotion. Worst case scenario, excuse yourself from the situation and be mad in private so you can vent to friend, calm down, etc. |

What- my parents get mad at me for leaving and or follow me into my room or wherever I go and get mad when I shutdown and physically can't speak anymore or like get shoved into little space because I'm terrified as they scream- is that not normal? |
