Huh - lemme create some quick logic behind that so it makes sense, and it would be a first time thing: so, before, since the sky and temp and weather are all completely artificial, since the entire city basically has an invisible protective dome around it, I think that previously, Beta would have only planned the artificial rain on the farms, so Beta was safe. But this year, they now know that the dust levels get really bad as the weather warms, so they're planning on making it rain everywhere, which would be a change to Kilo, and tunnels would flood. |
