Oh, gotcha gotcha. I feel like that chip should - WAIT. What if the chip held all his memories, and would filter out the memories in his brain matching the memory storage chip. So, if a Kilo human was to put the chip through a computer system to read it, they could see the memories :0 Eh. That may be far fetched, though. |

Let me list it(and mind you, this OC is a dragon)
-survived in sub-zero temperatures for a week with a broken wing -the muscles in his wings don't work anymore, so he's grounded permanently -He was disowned by his twin -his entire (extended)family thought he was a traitor -he watched his twin die in front of him -his parents hate him |

Far fetched but I'm going with it-
Edits:
It contains a copy of every memory he has(so there's one in his head, and a copy in the chip), and it stores both sets of the memories of Kampe inside it, so if someone was to read what was on it, they'd see a copy of all of his memories. And because it was broken/malfunctioning, it released the(original) memories of Kampe back into his head. |

Oh, I forgot to put this:
-Almost died in a fire -His own brother almost killed him(by mistake) -Has a power-hungry dragon hunting him and his family, so he has to work with his extended family on a daily basis(and they still consider him a traitor) XD |
