The Widower's Circle is a basically a noble high-class and SSS ranked assassin family. They were founded by a unnamed relative but the known family name was Flÿgur. The family was already a bit wealthy however, they ascended to the ranks of Count and Countess and from earning more wealth began weaving the intricate circle that was the Widower's Circle. The family created themselves a tightly knit network of underground assassins, them specializing in handcrafted poisons, being quick and efficient also discreet and silent about their work.

The first assassin within the Circle was a woman. And her method of killing was simply to place a black widow on her sleeping victim . And then watch as the person slowly died from the poison. And that's how they got their name from that simple, effective yet brutal way of killing. And that became the mark of the guild, an intricate - easily concealed black widow tattoo made with special handcrafted ink so as to assert the real members from the phonies.

Soon Maristela Flÿgur was born to her mother and father the Count and Countess. The woman was well educated in languages, history, myths/legends, astrology, architecture, the arts ( particularly music and theatre were heavily encouraged.) , and etiquette and reading people. Her parents saw her intelligence and thought she'd be a perfect addition to the guild. And so when she was 10 - she was trained in the ways of poisons and herbology, medical care, swordsmanship, horse riding, knife and dagger ususage, bow usage, using a lance/spear/axe, along with manipulation and espionage. By the time she was 15 she had earned her tattoo with her first kill - she killed a widowed Baron with her own handmade poison's she called Medusa's Tears for the neon greenish color it was.

After her first kill she was sent to Aibruvia to court a the young Edward who was an eligible bachelor. But her parents mainly wanted her to do espionage within the castle, however it was true love for her. And she ended up toppling the competition with her skill and wit and found herself the bride to the prince of the country she was to be spying on. Her parents were understanding and they supported the marriage, they only requested that if she had children she chose one of them to join the guild - to at least continue having it in the family.

So when Maristela began having children she noted their behavior and quirks. She figured her eldest daughter should be the choice since she would be in the lime-light and focused on as the Crown Princess, her second son was a bit of a perfectionist even at a young age which could be a bit harmful in that field. She then came to have her third son, Vesper. She noted his androgynous figure, which would be a definite bonus to him - along with his intelligence and cunning at a young age, being able to sweet talk maids, tutors, and governesses into getting what he wanted. And so when her little boy was 10, she brought him to begin his training- and he traveled between Slerosea and Aibruiva those next few years along with visiting Laetis and Wrales. His mother was getting sicked after having the twins, and so he made it his mission to earn his tattoo really soon. And when he was 14, he got his first kill , earning his mark. It was quite an interesting kill, he was to kill greedy bastard of a Viscount who was known for cheating and assaulting his wife. The catch was it was on a ship, Vesper killed the man by asphyxiation and hid under the bed as the body was discovered. And swiftly made his exit. The next few weeks on the boat was agonizing since they of course conducted an investigation, and Vesper pulled out his best tears and innocent eyes in his interview and threw them off his trail.

The young boy was exonerated of the murder and no one suspected him, they even mistaked him for a young girl since he was such a "pretty boy" . And the murder was pinned on a poor fool of a guard. So he had managed to fool the investigators about his gender, the murder complete, it pinned on someone else and the case being closed - he had committed his first big assassin job, with quite the efficiency. His payout for the job - 658,000 Diamond marks, one of the more expensive and exotic forms of currency and also very rare. The guild was so impressed that they gave him the code name: The Winter Songbird , why? The way he "sung" so beautifully as to get himself free of the charges and escape suspicion. He was quite sad his mother passed shortly after his earning his way into the Circle.

He soon was sparingly used throughout the years for kills. The current amount of kills he has is 35 , as he was allowed only 5-6 kills a year to keep him under the radar and from suspicion from the law - and each kill was different as to make sure they weren't connected back to the guild. However the recent year, he hasn't had any kills.
