I want more tokens but it's not worth the possibility of maybe having nightmares(I get nightmares extremely, extremely easily)

Hi Eve!
Question about event quests. It says we can turn down 3 per day like regular quests, but it isnÂ’t letting me do that. Is it set up differently than regular quests counting a literal 24hours or something rather than starting at rollover or is it a glitch? I asked in chat earlier and other players said they couldnÂ’t turn down any event quests after the first day either.
