Personally, I feel like it's Sunday. Mostly because everything restarts on Sunday for me and Saturday definitely feels like the last day

Sunday is the end and the start of the week.

Sunday is a weekend yes but so is Saturday. Sunday however is the end of the past week and the start of the new week.
