The Outsiders is one of my favorite books! I do have an old gang character (a few, actually) I could bring in. But I really shouldn't join any more RPs . . .

@corax: i know! i read it a long time ago, but i still go back to it occasionally and today i was like 'that sounds fun as a role-play' so here we are i would want you to join, but it's all good if you dont. to be honest, i'm not even sure if i'll make it

I think my biggest issue with roleplaying is procrastinating to the point where it's more of a source of stress/anxiety than mere "writer's block." Like I tell myself I'll get a post or character form done, but not right now because I'm just not feeling it. Then later it pops in my head and i'll say i'll do it some other time. and then i start thinking about if someone else is mad at me for taking so long to the point where all of my motivation for finishing whatever i was writing is diminished and i get too anxious and stressed to even think about it.

One of the things I do is I make my characters verge on mind reader. I don't realize I do it, because it's easier to do through writing, but I often interpret that nervous twitch much easier than a normal person would in real life.
