I think there are a lot of reasons RPs die out quickly. One of them, in my opinion, is taking too long to start. I've been waiting for one to start for twoish weeks now, and have frankly lost interest. i think it stems from having way too large of a roster and needing those spots filled. I personally do better in small group settings, so this is just something that personally irks me ^^"

Roleplays are all about momentum. You need to get them started ASAP, and that's why small groups are more sucessful I believe.
