question: will the new owner get the wolf and her pups or will she stay in my den until she gives birth?

If you bred your male wolf to someone else's female wolf than the owner of the female wolf will receive all the pups. If you are the owner of the female wolf and have her in your den then you will own all the pups. Whoever owns the female will get the pups.

Having looked at your auction, I can see you bred out the female in the auction. When the auction ends, the highest bidder will get the female and the pups will be born in the highest bidder's den. Because the auction ends in three days and females take around four to give birth, the pups will not be yours, nor will the female once she is won in the auction.
