It's because most of your wolves have max dominance. Staggering means each wolf will have a different dominance level, so you'd be losing instead of gaining.

I love that, sometimes if I'm on wolfplay and my pup decides to jump in my lap (With my computer) it looks like I just drug my hand across the keyboard several times.

Not sure what you mean, but I guess you're trying to get rid of some wolves.

1. Sell them. Be patient. I see you already figured out how to put wolves up for sale. Just wait, or lower the prices. Advertise in sales chat.

2. Retire wolves you don't want.

3. Host an auction. Same as selling, although generally less control over pricing so I tend not to do them. Same as selling, advertise in sales constantly.
