There is no way to "up" a currently existing wolf's vitals- that is permanent and never changes. You can "breed up" the vital quality of your wolves and- of course- buy a Passion Flower to be used on your vital breeding female when they are pregnant. Not directly but when you breed your wolves you can buy a passion flower to put on a pregnant female so the pups might have better vitals

Bumping this up to ask a follow up question. Do we know how this increase in damage is calculated? Example; I breed for High Vitals. My G1 HW Male has +5 in all Vitals(+5+5+5+5)
He hits +36 DG damage on a regular day. On a corresponding weather event day, he hits +37. That is only +1 Damage, even though he is +5.
Is this an error? Or is there a way Vital Damage is calculated that is not known?
