Welcome to Saint Marcus School for the Gifted, or so it's called to outsiders. Once you get inside... things get a little cooler. It's really a military training base, for teenagers aged 15-19. But even through that, it's not a regular military base. It is somewhere for superpowered teens to hone their skills and learn how to control their abilities. To the students, it's called Hero High. Even though some of the students should not actually be in highschool anymore.

Hero High is set on a tall hill, away from everybody so the noise of training doesn't bring intruiged onlookers. It is tall, and a disused mansion attached to a newer, larger training facility. Surrounding the campus is a large greenspace that fades into forested area. In the training facility is a gymnasium, a workout room, a holographic fighting room, and a room that has been reinforced to be indestructible, so students can learn to use their abilities. The mansion part is the dorms, and the areas for the teachers (generals and other higher ranking officers) to live in.

In the middle of a completely normal day, well, for these kids at least, something happens to change their lives forever. The teachers vanish. All of them, even General Silver. None of the students saw or heard anything. Just gone. In the office of the General, a note is found. 'You have three days to save them, or they all die'. It is signed with a dark red liquid, but none of you want to believe it is what you think it is. The signature says The Hunters, and has a tiny skull next to it. Here, the problems are just beginning...

As an explanation, the Military Officers act as Headmaster and Vice Headmaster to the school. The Major is sort of the Head of Operations, making sure all the classes run smoothly. The Colonel is the VP and the General is the Headmaster/mistress.

Unbeknownst to the outside world, there is a place for people with... unusual abilities. They learn, grow and train in this place, a school of sorts. The teachers at this school are military, sent to train the people to keep the world safe. Until all the teachers vanish. Even the General. Power : She is a geokinetic. Definition: User can create, shape and manipulate earth and "earthen" elements including most solid objects, specifically all minerals and mineral compositions regardless of their state (mountain, boulder, sand or dust), dirt, soil, etc. Her abilities came from a small accident, not something you would really expect to happen, but it was the cause of the scar across her eye. She may or may not have (I totally didn't, don't listen to this person!) run from a class trip and come into contact with a strange rock. She picked it up, spun it in her fingers a bit, and things went totally out of control. The rock flew into the air, slicing her face in the process, began to glow purple, then exploded into a million pieces of dust. Which Kaia then inhaled. (It was a lot of rock, it was hard not to!) She then began to experience a lot of strange things, like diamonds showing up in her path randomly, an urge to find a huge rock and just hug it (Which I definitely do not do!) and rocks levitating towards her. She found her powers, and has been a bit frivolous with them. If you feel a really random earthquake, it's probably her getting really mad.

Appearance: Kaia is tall, standing at 5'11, and weighs only 120 lbs. Her hair is a dark black curtain that waves like the river's tide. Light, icy blue streaks run through it as if emphasizing her coldness. Her eyes are the same blue tint, and they glitter as if she is about to play some mean joke on you (Which BTW I never do!). Her skin is fair, without a single blemish or marr, as far as acne goes. She has a lips that look as if they always have a coat of lipgloss, but never do. She hates makeup. Her mouth is seemingly always in a smirk, or if not that then in the wild grin of a madman (Madwoman, thank you very much!). She is incredibly muscular, due to her life as an athlete, and the muscles are very noticable though she hates it. Guys are always staring at her because of it. Her usual clothing consists of a grey tanktop that hangs low enough for her chest to be seen slightly, ripped at the bottom and around the sleeves though none of the rips are for fashion. They are all natural and are caused by all the rockclimbing she does. On top of the tanktop she wears a black leather jacket that appears to be years old (My older brother's, and do not touch it or a will throw a rock at your face!). However, she does her best to take care of it. Her pants are usually either a ripped pair of black skinny jeans, or more recently she has begun to wear a pair of tight black leather pants. She rarely is seen without her midnight black combat boots, in which she stores two knives in each, a precaution she takes in case anyone finds out about her ability. On each side, one is slid inside the sole, in a special compartment she made herself. The other is down the side in a tiny leather sheath. She usually has a gun with her as well, though she would never tell where is is hidden because it is her best weapon (You wouldn't find it if you spent years looking).

Personality: Kaia is very... compicated. She is introverted, prefering to be on her own or with a close friend, though is also social and will gladly talk with people. She is open to new people, but when she meets them she always has her body poised to grab a weapon in case she has to escape quickly or fight her way out (Not my fault, blame my dad). This is something she picked up because of one incident where someone found out about her ability. She most likely has a flask with her, a silver one with a small silver viper on the outside. She usually has it filled with vodka, but will occaisionally have tequila in it if she finds enough money, or now that she has money she buys it more often (If you tell anyone, you're gonna find a rock wedged in your throat). Contrary to what most people believe, she loves animals and has several pets she picked up along her trips into the forest. They follow her about a bit like an animal entourage. She can be a wonderful flirt, but is usually only doing it to get what she wants or get out of a bad situation. She is very manipulative and can twist her words so well you might think she was Loki. She is very loyal, and will die for those she loves, but it is hard to become one she loves and she has a really hard time trusting people. If you become one though, she will protect you with her life and will destroy anyone who tries to hurt you. She really needs someone to keep her sane, because she does have minor depression issues and will seclude herself if she doesn't have somebody to stay with her and make her happy.
