Police Officers and Handlers: Name Age 27 Gender Female Sexuality* (mostly Demi) Lesbian Role Officer or K-9 Handler (I don't mind which) K-9* Open Appearance - Bear is tall and muscular, quite masculine too standing at 6.6ft. She has fair skin, bright green eyes and short, dark, jett black hair. She a couple of tattoos; on the inside of her left wrist is an outline of a teddy bear (also a reason behind her nickname, yes there is another reason, no she won't mention it nor answer if asked about the 'other' reason), on her back across her shoulders and down her spine is a set of wings with symbols running down the middle (Yes she knows what is says/means, again no she won't answer if asked), and lastly, on the top of her left foot are the two sets of initials: E.P T.M Her dress sense is neat, reasonable, clean and tidy. Outside of work, her typical outfit is a nice shirt, sometimes blowse, a nice pair of pants and boots. Her 'fancy' dress is usually a suit, she mostly has black suits, one dark purple (her second favourite) and her bright rainbow (Shown above)(her favourite), For typical at home wear is often the pajamas she slept in or a simple shirt and shorts. Personality At first, Bear probably seems quiet and shy, she is mostly in fact not. She isn't the type to be loud, nor the one that sits in the back. She is kind, caring, thoughtful, helpful and patient. Just don't rub her up the wrong way, doing so, you will quickly learn she has a bit of a dark side, she can turn cold, callus, cruel, careless, calculating, and just plain nasty in less than in instant when given the reason to. When in front of others she tends to keep her issues and personal life to herself, nobody needs to know her secrets, that's how they get killed. She is extremely overprotective, no matter how hard she tries she can't not be to the ones she loves. When she loves, she loves hard, her whole body, heart and mind are theirs, this unfortunatly messes her up when losing someone she cares about. Name: Kaiser Dresden
Nickname: Kai, Raven Gender: Male Age: 30 years old Type of Criminal? Burglar / Pickpocket Sexuality: Heterosexual Appearance: Clothes during the day: Kai can usually be found with blue jeans and a black biker jacket. Black sneakers make it easy to move while black-dark gray t-shirts is his choice of clothes. The jacket usually covers most of his tattoos and scars. Clothes at night: At night, he trades in his biker jacket and blue jeans for black jeans and a black jacket. Not much of a difference right? His jeans normally have a variety of equipment needed to get into houses and sometimes filled with dog treats. Mainly if there are guard dogs in the house. His jacket has been modified to hide objects within it. Kai also wears a backpack, black gloves and a mask. The mask covers his face, in the design of a fox. Black with edges of dark red. He only straps it on once he's out of sight from the main streets. Tattoos & Accessories:
A python tattoo makes it's way around his neck while several chains overlap each other on his arms. A silver chain is worn around his neck and a black watch on his left wrist. Silver studs can be seen in his ears as well.
Weapons / Equipment:
A Swiss AT 84 S. pistol is his choice of weaponry, usually hidden in a jacket pocket. His second choice is the various daggers hidden and strapped to his jeans, some plain in sight but others hidden under his shirt/jacket. Equipment that he uses often is a handheld device to scan electronic locks to grab the passwords.
Measurements:
Kai stands roughly around 6'2 feet tall, weighing 170lbs of sheer muscle. Dirty brown hair is curved on his head, with the bottom shaved. His dirty brown hair is usually streaked with black and red dye, and his skin is a tanish white. There is a couple scars that line is arms that can be seen crossing over the chains, which makes them hardly noticable.
Personality: Kai is an intelligent, mysterious and cunning man. He is incredibly street smart but seemingly never plays by the book unless he thinks it will work. Can get himself out of tight situations and can fool an enemy as if it was natural. This, however, makes him quite stubborn sometimes and hard-headed. He can be calm and level-headed, rarely angry but when he does get angry, it's best to just stay out of his way. As a con artist, there is no 'easy' way to him. The harder the challenge, the better your reputation. If you die on the job, stories will be wrought in your name.
Despite the challenge, and no matter what gets in the way, he always has a tendency to come back and finish what he started. As such, he goes up against police often so is always on the run. Not that he minds, he enjoys the adrenaline that comes with it.
Kai is almost the definition of paranoid. If something seems off, he won't think, he'll go. One of the things that has kept him out of prison, he is quite observant and picks up when something is wrong or out of place. Strengths: Street smart skills
Living on the streets has taught him how to run on the streets. As a runner from justice, he hops fences and vaults over low walls with ease. As a con artist, he can climb like a cat burglar and trick people like an actor. This also taught him some of the slang on the streets although he rarely uses it unless it's an emergency.
Observant
Can pick up when something is out of place on his streets or if something looks wrong. Usually means that he listens out for sirens if they come by or police scouting the streets.
Composure
Calm and collected even in panicking situations. This can help him get out of tough situations and make decisions quickly if needed. Weaknesses: Stubbornness
Can be as hard-headed as a mule sometimes and hates to leave a good con when police show up. This has gotten him almost caught a few times when he didn't want to leave his assignment.
The 'Easy Way'
If there is an easy way to doing something, 1 out of 5 times will he take it. He hates using an easy way even if it might be faster and much more accurate than his way. The more challenge there is in it, the more excited he gets.
Shiny objects
Well, now you know why some call him the Raven. Something Kai loves is shiny items. This could range from small rings to silver jewelry and sometimes, if pretty enough, crystals and coins. This usually coincides with his cons, pickpocketing is one of his favorites to find shiny objects. Accomplices?
None at the moment, he's more of a soloist con man. He is certainly open to a partner though ;)

Police Officers and Handlers: Name Age 27 Gender Male Sexuality* Aromantic / Asexual (though still sort of questioning) Role Officer or K-9 Handler (I don't mind which) K-9* Open Appearance - Alber is tall with the same green eyes and Jet black hair as his sister, however, he is thinner rather than muscular. He has no tattoos and still pale skin. During work (aka when in uniform etc.) he doesn't wear makeup or his goth/emo themed outfits, accessories etc. He also removes any jewelry too. When comfortable or when he wants to as well I guess he likes to dress somewhat goth/emo typeish, he wears black makeup, all black clothes (usually always suits), sometimes a little red but mostly black, a velvet choker/collar that says 'MASTER' in white type with a silver bell, along with some piercings too. Often perceived as 'out there' he is almost always wearing a suit or something similar even if its just to go grocery shopping, the only time he isn't is when he is in pajamas or in the shower (or in uniform). He likes to rock heels on his boots too. Personality Alber is often found hanging towards the back, he tends to keep to himself and doesnt really care what people think of him. He knows he's different, and for that he was always bullied when he was younger, now he no longer cares for peoples opinions of himself. He struggles to ask people for help and will try his best to do things on his own before asking. He will always have his teams back no matter what, they have to work together after all. He can be socially awkward at times but tries his hardest not to be. He can be cold and abrupt if angry and sometimes even if he's just tired he can be grumpy, at first he tries to keep his cool but once it's gone he doesnt care.
