Tala is a magnificent beast. She has a lean build, just with slightly more muscle. She can easily maintain a good weight considering how active she is every day, helping her stay strong and ready to hunt whenever she's commanded to do so. She weighs about two hundred eighty pounds, most of it being just due to her being a lioness. She is about the height of a normal lioness though, reaching only three feet and seven inches tall. Despite her average height, she is still a foe to be wary of. She is also the average length, reaching about six feet long. Attached to her rump is a two foot long tail, making her reach about eight feet long from her large nose to the tip of her tail. Tala is a magnificent beast. Her coat is a variety of different orange and brown colors, excluding the tan spots here and there. Her nose is a bland black color, only shining when it's wet. Her nose can appear to have a pink dot in the middle at times, but it's only there when she's thirsty or when it's humid out. Her eyes are a beautiful, crystal-like amber color. Around her pupils, it appears more of a light orange color mixed with yellow. Her claws and paw pads are completely black, except her paw pads are often dry and cracked. In a few spots, her eyebrows have a slightly lighter fur color compared to her main fur color. She has a tan color around where her jaw opens, and that tan continues down her lower jaw and onto her cheeks. Speaking of her cheeks, the fur on her cheeks is slightly longer than her other fur. It is also a bit more prickly than her other fur. Above her cheeks, the fur remains the normal orange color she has practically all over herself. The fur surrounding her paw pads is a beautiful cream color, kind of like the color of pancake batter. Her tail tip is mostly a pale cream color, except the very tippy tip is a dark brownish black color.

Appearance:  When first glancing at this young female, the first thing that you notice about her is her coloration. She isn't the standard tan/brown a lioness should be ; instead she has a rather ghostly coloration. Her coat being a more creamy white coloration. Her fur is like this because of leucism. It's rather pretty to look at and rather soft to the touch as well. Her fur is rather full a bit, and has a slight length to it but not by much. This young female has a rather agile and lithe build ; her body being made of wirey muscles and powerful legs. She stands at 3.4 feet tall with a weight of 315 lbs, being more on the middle ground when it comes to size. She also sports a pair of uncommon blue eyes.
Personality: The first thing you notice when meeting this young dame is the way she carries herself. You can note the confidence in her strides, and the way she holds her head high and doesn't seem to every have it lowered in submission. It may come off as arrogance, but it's just not that, it's more so of the fact that she is sure of herself - knowing and having trust in her own ability to get things done and moving around. She knows she's smart and talented - and she knows she has a future ahead of her and that she will become someone by playing her cards right. She's very intelligent, able to analyze and assess situations - able to use them to her advantage, along with being able to take charge when needed or required. She's rather calculating and methodical : her decisions always looking at all the angles, quick to see the possible loopholes and dangers. It's quite dangerous, as she can be a rather valuable ally and a rather dangerous enemy depending on how she decides to use this gift. After all, it can be hard to find someone gifted in strategy and tactical thinking. Most will say she's a gifted speaker - her words dripping like honey from her voice, always able to lower the guards of others, finding a way to make people comfortable and willing to speak to her is a great talent of hers. It's not that she asks or likes to pry, it's just that she has such an aura that makes her seem so trustable and like the person you can confide in. But, if they were careful, they would know the serpent sitting next to them - yes, she can quite persuasive with her words, but just like a viper - she has quite the venom to her. Though she's sociable, one would say that she's rather selective about who she's friends with and who's in her presence. Most can also agree she's rather stoic as well - most not being able to getting a read on her as she always bears a rather neutral expression on her face, either that or her emotions are unreadable at times. They also would say she can be rather cold - respecting her space and boundaries are a big thing for her and if you can't respect that then she won't respect you, no matter who you are. Not to mention, becoming her friend is an even harder thing - she's very wary of strangers, having no trust for them in the slightest. So someone she doesn't know trying to be nice to her, or earn her approval or friendship will earn her distrust. One would have to be rather persuasive and persistent to earn her friendship, and that'd be quite the achievement to do such a thing. She also has a rather calming demeanor, always seeming to have an unending well of patience with others around her - and though she has patience, that doesn't mean she won't forget things others have done to her. She is one to hold grudges be it for minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and even years - and the outcome is the same in every case : they get what's coming to them. One can say that she's morally grey, not exactly good and not exactly bad. She has good qualities, yet - sometimes they're overshadowed by her less desirable traits. She's not one to see the world in black and white - she understands the dimensions and understands that sometimes you have to do bad things to be considered good. So if being cruel and apathetic gets her places then so be it, she's not afraid to go for what she wants, when she wants - she'd just prefer to bide her time to see what would go for her advantage. She can be manipulative and quite vicious when the situation calls for it - able to use her words and influence to flip a seemingly impossible situation in her favor. And orchestrating events from the shadows and setting things into motion, even with just the slightest of her influence, but not to mention using the information and things she knows about the emotion and tendencies of others to her advantage. It may seem selfish and self-centered, but it is a way to survive. Or use it against someone she views as her enemies, she's quite a good actress as well : knowing how to use her tears and emotions to her advantage. It's quite easy to pity those who become an enemy of hers, because they most likely won't come out of such a confrontation alive. While she isn't necessarily violent, she isn't above it - you think she isn't above clawing your throat out? You're dead wrong, just push her to her limits and you'll find out the predatory creature she can be. She may not appear it, but she's one to enjoy conflict and drama - and sometimes she's one to stir it up just because it's as she would put it : boring. When it comes to alliances or gaining her help with troublesome situations - it's easy to say it's like making a deal with the devil : it comes with a price. And how high of price are you willing to pay? And besides she's not one to always trust those she helps, who's to say that someone won't find your body of the side of the cliff or in the river? There have been many discrepancies about this dame's behavior and nature, but there is one consensus : she scares others. Most would say, that even though she bears an easygoing demeanor- there is something rather eerie about her, like theirs a cold trail of ice and wind that follows in her wake. It's also doesn't help that's she's quite the observant type, always watching and liking from afar - analyzing and gathering information about others and deciding what to do with it. She's also rather scarily good at mind games, able to instill fear in others with a simple sentence - even if it's said in the sweetest of voices. While she can be quite calm at times, she does have anger - it just takes a lot to get her truly made. While she can become annoyed and frustrated, it's nothing compared to her anger. When she's angry, it's something one can feel more that they can see - it's the overwhelming and suffocating presence that she'll exhibit that'll make the wise shrink away for fear of facing her fury. One can say she has the presence and brains to call the shots, and she she prefers to be in some role of leadership - rather than being told what to. And surprisingly, she's rather dependable - she runs a tight ship, most would say that it runs on genuine respect and possibly a mix of a bit of fear. It will also be noted that she's quite effective in getting things done. She's not one to tolerate insults towards her, friends, or her family - and if you just happen to be being mean to a mild-mannered person that she cares for : don't be surprised if she rips you a new one. While most may be all bark and no bark, this girl is both bite and bark. She just knows how to rip one to shreds, both verbally and physically. Now, when it comes to matters of love -it's quite interesting. While she may deny that she's a romantic, she's actually quite a romantic. When she's in a relationship - she expecting to be her mates everything, and she won't play second fiddle or be anyone's side piece. She will be treated and loved like the gem she is and if he can't offer that to her then he can go. And if he decides to play with her heart? Then she'll play with and break his a thousand times worse - no one that plays her will end up without a few wounds. She's cautious and skeptical when it comes to love, yet when she does fall in love? She falls hard, and it's true to say that her lover is one to see a more softer and gentler side to her. He is a brute when it comes to size, he stands tall at four feet tall. He weighs in at 214 kilos (around 475lbs) so he is definitely nothing to scoff at when it comes to size. He bears a muscular frame with broad shoulders and large, powerful paws. When he walks there is an aura of power and regalness that surrounds him. His limbs help him propel himself with such grace and power. His body of a golden-brown complexion, with it, looking lighter in certain lighting. You can see scars and wounds on his body, so one can infer that he is well acquainted with fights. When this male fights he fights with all he has and even if he's bloodied, battered and bruised he'll still find a way to stand. He has a large and luscious mane. The mane of a lion is their crowning glory. His mane is long and thick, with a mostly raven complexion. They say males with dark manes are attractive and are said to be catnip to the ladies. Why? His darker and fuller mane indicates that he's a healthy lion with plenty of testosterone, and serves as a warning to rivals; he won't go down without a fight. Even the browns and blondes on his hair are shades of dark brown, akin to that coffee brown. And the blonde strands are like that of wheat, so a wheaten blonde intertwined with the richness of the darker hues of brown. This male prides himself in his mane and does his best to make sure it is well-kept. He absolutely hates it when leaves and twigs get tangled up in his locks. He may be considered vain for wanting to look his best, but he just want his ladies to have something to feast their eyes upon. After all it would be rude for them to have to look at an ugly male all the time. This male has striking olive hued optics. They always seem to be flickering with amusement or holding some mischief in them. His eyes are highly expressive and are windows into his soul. When he's angry his eyes are stormy and cold, and his glare is one that can send chills down a lions spine. You can tell that this male is angry from the chilling aura that will radiate off of him and from the occasional twitch of his tail. When he's happy or in a good mood, one can see the light and twinkle in his eyes or if they soften when deal in with cubs or ones he loves. He was born of a King and Queen, and as such he was taught how he should act. He was told by his father: Never lower yourself to someone that isn't worthy only true opponents gain your submission. This male has a sense of pride, but it's not overly inflated, but more of he knows who he is and that he isn't changing for anyone(unless he wants to. You can forget making him be another way.) He has the heart of a warrior and is protective of what belongs to him. He will fight with everything he has for his Pride, and he damn well won't give up on them so they better not give up on him. His love is something that is unconditional. He only will take a few ladies into his heart and once they're stuck their then he becomes possessive of his ladies. He has an undeniable amount of charisma and charm about him as his words just flow so smoothly and elegantly. However, he will have one he favors above the rest, and when it comes to her he's extremely jealous and won't tolerate any male making advances on her(or any of his ladies for that matter.) He would never harm a lioness physical, but he would reprimand her with the sternness and firmness a father would. However, if a male is the one screwing up then he views it as a challenge to his leadership and authority. So he'll be harsher in his words and may isolate and ground the male until he learns how to show some respect. He doesn't dare interfere when the Queen gives punishments, but if he is feeling generous then he may try to sway her to deal out a lighter punishment. Her word is important to him, and she is his equal so to disrespect her is to disrespect him. This male is quite the mischievous lad. He loves messing around with his pridemates, but he can of course grow serious when needed. His pride is important to him, and he would gladly die for them. He wants what's best for them and he always has them in mind when he makes decisions. He makes it his goal to know the names of every member and to know them on a personal level. He wants to be involved in the pride life and so if he can he will assist on the hunt and he likes to wake up early to patrol the borders. He is a hardworking male who ensures the safety and happiness of those he loves and cares about. He is intelligent and quite enjoys being alone for a bit if he's thinking. He hates to be disturbed when he is thinking or planning something. He is quite cunning and deceptive as well, he knows how to achieve his goals whether by good means or bad ones as well. He isn't afraid to get a little blood on his paws, but he wouldn't risk the lives of others.  This lion is quote humorous and enjoys a good laugh. If you can make him laugh then you got a friend for life. Friendships and other relationships are also important to him. Friends are more like family, and it hurts him when he's betrayed. Now when it comes to other matters he can be hardened and stoic, but if a friend is found to have betrayed him? Then he'll go into a deep sadness. He will feel it's his fault or error on his part. However, it also reveals a side of him that's undesirable. He can be quite vindictive: if you betray him then you better be prepared to say goodnight. He will not rest until he gets an answer on why you did it, and if it isn't good then he well...will kill you. While he may have a loose set of morals at times: he doesn't like traitors. His greatest fear is to watch someone die and not be able to do something about it. This male has a determination that cannot be measured. Her slim build makes her agile and quick, and she is able to chase after prey at fast speeds. She has quite a bit of muscle, and Lia can sometimes bring down prey, though not on her own. She weighs around 367 lbs. Lia's coat is the usual golden colour, though around her flank she has a few darker brown speckles. This is probably the one thing that makes her easy to identify. Her underbelly is a soft creamy colour. On her muzzle, she has a paler patch of fur but not very noticeable. Lia's tail tip is the normal black colour. Lia's eyes are green, with a thin ring of golden around her pupils. Her voice is warm, almost lyrical sometimes, but she can also sound harsh or mean when she needs to, which isn't often. Lia knows she has a lot ahead of her and can't help but feel that she's destined for something big. While Lia is reasonable and thinks things through, sometimes she can be impulsive and jump to conclusions as she is still a young lioness. Name: Zefira Age: 1 and a half Gender: female Pride: Uzuma pride Rank: cub Desired Rank: not sure yet Appearance:Zefira is around 2.3 feet in height and doesn't weigh very much. She's a cute little cub who loves to go on adventures and wants to use her freedom. Zefira will grow to be a pretty lioness. Her pale golden coat blends perfectly with her cream underbelly and the fur darkens around her muzzle, paws and ears. Even as a cub Zefira is fast, a good thing when she's older. Even so, she still has a few scratches from play fighting with the other cubs and from exploring. She isn't very tall though. Her fur still is fluffy, hopefully not for long. Zefira's eyes are the usual yellow, though they always seem to have a mischievous twinkle in them. Her voice is high pitched and slightly squeaky but it makes her sound like she's up to something. Appearance: Banafrit is currently still extremely fluffy with the typical cub-fur. Her eyes are a dark mesmerising hazel. They are often wide with curiousity that is often displayed by cubs. -
Banafrit has spotty dark-brown rosettes that often appear on cubs. These will fade as she grows older. The majority of her fur is the classic golden color associated with lions. Her underbelly is a lighter creme color. She currently weighs in at around 14.6 lbs. (This may be inaccurate, I couldn't find info on a 2 month old cub's weight) Banafrit's paws seem almost too big for her body in this moment, but she will grow into them as she ages towards adulthood. Personality: Banafrit is a curious young cub. She's always investigating something she finds odd or new. She also has the tendancy to forget what she was meant to be doing after getting distracted by some sort of cool plant or object. This can get her in a bit of trouble at times. This may also cause problems in the future while hunting. - Banafrit isn't the most confident with meeting new lions, tending to stay close to those she does know, but will warm up to others eventually. Once she has, the other lion will have a loyal friend for life. She can be quite a bit of a goofball around those she trusts and will be fairly chatty. Crush: Ew, no.

His stature is an intimidating one. His body is decorated with scars varying in length and size. His most noticeable are two gashes across his nose, more circular than slice shaped, which have exposed his dark skin and no longer allow hair to grow. He also has several cuts and bite marks on his legs, shoulders, and flanks. Izem has a cold stare. Actually, everything about him is cold. His refined posture, the soft thuds of his paws making contact with the ground, even the way his fur moves has a dangerous aura to it. His eyes are a hard amber rimmed with dark fur, making them pop out more prominently. His face is nearly always expressionless, or stony in appearance. A smile has not graced his maw in ages; the closest thing to one has been a cruel twist of his upper lips into something resembling a sick grin or a snarl. When he walks, hard muscle ripples beneath a sleek, bronze pelt. Izem holds himself with a cool regality, head high, tail curled slightly. His long, thick mane is a tapestry of dark browns, golds, and honeys that spreads over his shoulders down to the end of his humerus. Izem is a handsome lion, but he is unapproachable. Formidable. Dangerous. Personality He can be as chilly as his appearance would suggest. Izem has a deep, almost calming rumble of a voice that does not fit his appearance at all, but his tone can quickly grow aloof and clipped in nature. His words are curt and to the point; there is no beating around the bush with this one. If the truth is asked for, the truth shall be made known. This lion holds strength in high regard -- not necessarily physical strength, as he knows full well that it will not always win a fight -- as well as some form of loyalty. Not necessarily loyalty to an individual; rather, the devotion to an idea or the pride as a whole. He is a calculating individual, mind always working. While he does have physical strength as an advantage, he prefers to use his head first and come up with a plan of action for whatever task lies ahead. Izem also has a fairly strong sense of vengeance. Izem is actually, and secretly, quite fond of cubs and, when he is around them, he will often spend his free time playing with them, telling them stories, and practicing hunting or battle moves with them. They were his favorite members of his birth pride with their little bleps of tongues, besides the ladies, of course, for whom he would show his chivalrous side. He would take on the role of a secondary father for any cub who may feel lonely. Those in his pride and cubs are the only ones who will ever see a glimpse of kindness in him. For the former, he holds a tone of respect and makes sure that their thoughts are heard thoroughly before he replies. He does not ever mean to disrespect them, though he has no problem quelling disputes with a snide comment or two. That, though, is rare. Izem is his most friendly around the young. He has a strong liking for the other members of the pride, and he would never think to betray them. Izem may want to be a king, but he remains respectful of his superiors and would not do anything to undermine their authority or make them look bad. He might be caught joking with them occasionally, and even showing some sort of affection, though he always keeps himself looking his most powerful in their presence. She weighs in around 330 pounds and stands at 3.6 feet at the shoulder. With a more wiry, lithe physique, her skeleton and muscling are more visible than they would be on a stockier lioness. Shiva is in the middle weight range but definitely one of the taller lionesses. Her features are regal and refined, giving her a feminine look that is quite easy on the eyes. Soft, feathery fur covers her body in a sleek manner. Her coat is a light tan in coloration with honey undertones and cream shading on her underbelly; the insides of her legs; her cheeks, chin, and under her nose; and her chest, throat, and sides of her neck. Darker splashes outline skeletal structures and form faint striping on her legs. Her eyes are a typical amber-brown coloration, framed by thick eyelashes and black skin. They seem to constantly gleam with a menacing light in a manner that screams "run." This lioness carries herself with power and poise; her steps are light but firm, and she holds herself tall. Her hindquarters sport a few long gashes. Another scar is situated just underneath her right eye, and there are several bite marks and minor scratches from past battles on her legs and chest. She is a fighter, and she has had her fair share of experience. Personality Shiva has an extremely ambitious personality. She does not take kindly to competition, yet she strongly disapproves of those who do not want to improve their status, their being, their pride. A stagnant lion or lioness is her least favorite kind to deal with. She has always wanted a leadership role, and while she has been loyal, it has never been a secret that she wants more power than she has. She is what one would call apathetic. With an attitude of "suck it up, buttercup," she is certainly not the most popular of lionesses at the moment, if ever. Shiva can be quite fun to be around in the right mood, but she has learned to push people away and this friendlier personality rarely rears its head. Shiva is, without a doubt, dangerous. Her loyalty is given carefully; she does not attach herself to others lightly. This lioness is not exactly friendly, either, and she doesn't pretend to be. She's calculating, icy cold, and focused on the future. Her mind is constantly spinning, formulating a new plot or mulling over new factors. Everyone is a pawn in her game. "Soft" lions are deemed useless. "Outgoing" lions can come off as ditsy. "Sassy" lions just piss her off. Shiva is one for rigidity and no excuses, regardless of the scenario; she takes everything for what it is and goes with the flow, shifting her plans and courses of action to take the alterations in stride. She is most certainly a dominant creature, and there is nothing she hates more than being talked down to. Being underestimated, though, is always a treat; it makes it all the sweeter when she obliterates the lion or lioness who made the fatal mistake of looking down on her. Affiliations Sibusisiwe -- This lioness is her closest confidant and best friend, rivaled perhaps by only Alemayehu. Sibu's more friendly and diplomatic nature balances out Shiva's own, harsher one. Shiva considers her a sister and has no qualms with committing murder in the Queen's name. Alemayehu -- Anyone that voices their disapproval of her sister's coat and the harder time she has surviving because of it will have their throat publicly torn out. Gjuetari -- Mother dearest... Shiva inherited this lioness's judginess, but she also took up some of her more desirable traits. Gjuetari is her idol, and she will make her mother proud. Nakoa -- Squirt.
