Name: Katenka Age: 13 Years Old Gender: Female Rank: Elder Desired Rank: Death. Appearance: Katenka is most definitely not the lioness she once was, age having sunk its claws into her and refusing to let go. Her fur is much duller then it once was, skin and jowls hanging lower then those of a younger female. Her nose is dark with age, and her head is broad and flat, as that happens with age, and her body is nowhere near the peak performance it was years ago, although her muscles have not completely deteriorated. Her teeth are yellow and worn, unable to properly hunt for herself due to them, and she relies on the kindness of others or scavenging to keep herself going. In her prime, Katenka was on the larger side for a lioness, standing at 3'7" at the shoulder, and weighing 360 pounds on a good day. Now, she tends to weigh less and slouch rather than stand at her full height. The first thing that many notice about the female is the large amount of scarring on her body. From her many, many years as a huntress and Queen, Katenka has grown a large array of them all across her figure. Her ears are tattered and worn, her teeth worn down, yellow, or otherwise broken, and her eyes a glossier hazel-green then they were in her younger years. In this RP, Katenka is going to be rather heavily wounded. She was on her own for about two weeks, so scrapes have healed and most of her medium wounds have scabbed over, but her deeper wounds will take another week or so to fully scab over [so they have begun doing so] and longer to fully heal. Personality: Intelligent || Perceptive || Cold || Opinionated || Near Fearless || Observant || Wise || Grumpy || Rough Outer Shell, Mildly Softer Underneath || Kinda Like a Cactus And Its Flower || Old Lady Katenka is not who she used to be. In her younger years, she was kind, gracious, loving and trusting to any and all that befell her presence. It got her hurt more times then she could count, and so her walls formed with bricks of agony, trusting only those that proved to have the ability to scale them. She remained warm for most of her life, but eventually the warmth dimmed until she could only spare it for her pride, her family, those she loved with all her heart. Now, she is grumpy at best, and violent at worst. Forever opinionated, if she has something to say, she'll rarely hold her tongue. What has she to fear for sharing her opnions? Punishment? Death? It is coming for her anyway, why delay it through cowardice? She has existed too long and seen too much shit to fear the likes of those around her. She has a habit of keeping everyone at arms length emotionally, only allowing those that prove to mean no harm beyond her walls, to allow them to see the mushy, squished heart that hides beneath her thorns. Of those people, Katenka is protective, more than willing to put herself and her life at risk for the sake of theirs. Having spent many years as a huntress and a Queen, Katenka is extremely observant. Where her body has dulled, her mind has sharpened, and things rarely go beyond her notice anymore. Likewise, she is wise, often having advice to give if someone were to ask. Opinions she may share, advice, not so much. One must ask her direct questions to recieve true advice. Crush: Deceased. Mate: Deceased. Cubs: Mandlenkosi, her adult son, played by Imperial Sands. Kin: None. History: The Ayubu Pride, a pride far from here, once had a Great Queen, an aging female by the name of Katenka. She had ruled for much of her life, taking over as her aunts heir at the age of Four Years Old. It had been a long Nine Years since then, and none saw fit to overthrow her until the end of her reign. A young female sought a challenge, and Katenka knew instantly that her time as Queen had come to an end. Still, the elder fought valiantly, and had support of many of the pride members behind her. Predictably, she lost, and the young female banished the wounded elder from their territory, in case the pride overthrew her and put Katenka back on the throne. She does not blame the young female, but she is was alone and wounded in a world that is far from forgiving, and sincerely believed she would die. Not necessarily from her injuries, they had begun healing at that point, and not from starvation, she had been scavenging. But she sincerely believed some predator will find her as an easy pickings and end her suffering. Instead, Katenka had managed to find the pride of one of her sons, Mandlenkosi, and sought sanctuary there. She had only been there for a very short amount of time, a week at most, before the Ukufa males came and overthrew her son. Other: I was tempted to make her eyes a dull pastel green. She's probably got at least four more sons out there, to be honest. |

Name: Koen Age: 6 Years Gender: Male Rank: Banished Second Male Desired Rank: His pride back. Appearance: [Credits to HOTNStock on DA.] Koen is a creature who could very easily be considered an oddity in the feline world. He is abnormally large, standing at a behemoth 4.5 feet tall, and a heavy 570 pounds. He is solidly built, hoarding masses of muscle beneath his skin. He has a large head and broad figure, gigantic paws fitting into the rest of the hefty brute. He is filled out and powerful-looking, and some might even consider him a handsome fellow. The coat of the lion makes him even more of an oddity. It is a hue of creamy-white, marking him as a leucistic feline. He is not albino, as he doesn’t have the pink paw pads, pink nose or the pink eyes, but he is still considered a “white lion” due to the defect. He has a large mane of an equally pale coloration adorning his figure, hiding some of the scars from his younger years along his neck and shoulders, but doing little to hide the marks on the rest of his body. A very prominent scar is one on the left side of his face, right next to his eye. It was an attempt to blind him that failed, and is one of many marks upon his figure. His eyes, like many leucistic lions, are a pale shade of blue, rather than the average orangey-shade of other lions eyes. Personality: Quiet || Soft-Spoken || Unafraid to Lend His Opinion || Peaceful || Loyal || Extremely Protective || Intimidating Koen could be described as a creature that is both simple and complex. At first, he may appear to be ‘basic’, and, in truth, some parts of him are, but as one gets to know him, they will see the intricate parts of him that weave together the pale lion. They will see the quieter nature give way to jokes and playing, the hard stares crumble beneath something full of warmth. The male is quiet by nature, words being soft when they are spoken. With strangers, or creatures that he simply dislikes, he may be near silent, if not completely so. With those that he enjoys the company of, or someone that he has known for quite some time, he may utter jokes and jabs, tell stories or simply attempt to make conversation. Reserved wouldn’t be the way to describe him, if he thinks something requires his opinion or his voice then he certainly isn’t afraid to lend it, but perhaps soft, or peaceful, would be more like him. Whilst it may take a while to gain his loyalty, once Koen has decided you’ve earned it, it’s difficult to get rid of. He’s a brute that would stand beside you at all costs, and you have to really fuck up for him to question where his loyalties lay. In a similar fashion, Koen is very protective of what is his. This could be his siblings, his cubs, his mate, his land--whatever the case, Koen might even be borderline possessive. What’s his is his, and he won’t take at all kindly to another trying to take it from him, or harming those that he regards as his. In terms of those he loves fighting, or arguing, or whatever the case, Koen may leave it for a little bit--he knows what it is to have someone step in on his arguments, knows the irritation, and so he leaves it until he believes that he must step in, or until they are done and he can approach the offending party in a calmer environment. Whilst he might not try to be, the pale brute can be rather... intimidating. It’s not as if he makes an effort to be, but the quiet way he moves, his hard stares, partnered with his large size, could make him seem intimidating, despite his calmer, more respectful nature. Name: Kibuka meaning: goddess of war Age: 3 months
Gender: Female

Appearance:
[credit for all images goes to robbobert on da] Buka is an average cub that takes after her mother in terms of colouring and appearance. As of now, she's small, but when she's older she'll stand at approximately 3.7 feet considering her mother and father's height. Her build will also be more lithe and muscular. For now, all she has is baby fat and the odd growing muscle or two. Her coat is a light tan with spots of darker brown scattered around. She'll grow out of it, but the ones upon her head will remain, even when older. Upon her legs, the spotting will remain as well, though will be better blended into her main pelt. Kibuka ranges on the lighter side of coats. The cub's underbelly is a creamy white, as are her inner legs and muzzle. Her eyes are a light amber, and appear to be a form of brown in certain light, and in others, a pale olive. Even she isn't sure which is the correct colour. As of now, Kibuka has not a single scar upon her. Her scent will be of petrichor and rain, and her voice will adapt to a deeper, melodic sound that's both loud and gentle at the same time. For now, she is an oddly.. intimidating cub, her eyes always set staring at somebody, her body motionless. In truth, she can sit for hours staring, unsettling many. 
Personality:
Kibuka is still discovering who she is, but if one thing is for certain, she's a determined and stubborn thing, as well as curious. She will ask constant questions and demand to be listened to, making her a pest at times. She has also learned that she enjoys a good spar, even if she can hardly inflict any damage other than a tiny scratch. Around the company of her mother, she has learned to be playful, yet also serious when needed, and understands the concept of danger.
From her mother, Kibuka has learned to talk back and defend herself with her words, even though her vocabulary is still expanding. Some may say that she has also begun to show some attitude. She has also learned not to trust random individuals. Kibuka is smart for a cub, or at least she'd like to think herself as intelligent. She understands what to do and what not to do, and her constant questions being answered makes her somewhat smart. Kibuka absorbs information easily and will carry it with her, for she has a good memory. She isn't necessarily adventurous, but she does enjoy exploring at times. However, she isn't one to break rules or go against her parents and their wishes. Kibuka is brave, but in a stupid manner. She'll go against another much larger than her and won't hesitate to try and harm them if anybody she cares for is in danger (which doesn't help much, but it makes herself feel big). She sees herself as fiercer than she actually is, and likes to take charge, even if she doesn't truly have much of a say in a manner. When she's older, she'll become more stern and opinionated, but that's something she'll learn in time. Kibuka also enjoys socializing. She'll ask questions, and when she has the answer, she'll trot around sharing it with anybody she encounters. The cub is also odd at times, sitting off to the side and practically staring into ones soul. She can sit still for hours, simply watching. Kibuka likes unsettling others, and she also observes, something she learned can help her learn about others. It's rare for a cub, but Kibuka has a lot of patience and hardly grows bored. She can sit, and sit, and sit for hours, simply watching.

Even as a cub Eslandà had a scruffy but of fur lining her head and ears- a few spots hidden beneath that sleek coat. With her golden eyes and pink nose- She looked like most lioness- beside the tip of black along her tail. She's a very light cream color, turning more burnt orange in the hotter months. //crappy explanation of her// Personality: Eslandá is what you could call naïve. Which is what landed her in the position she was in now- being a Merram. Though even as a cub her mother had groomed her for such a role. Constantly putting her forth in front of the kings- but Eslandà never complained. According to everyone else in the pride- she was docile often letting other run all over her and saying nothing. But eventually- maybe; She'd snap. One would also call her a suck-up; trying her best to keep in the King's good graces as she knew the outcome if she stepped out of line. Eslandà was far from a risk taker, and would never as much as blink at another Male if they even as much as gave her the time of day; though most already knew that..those brave enough to try could end with them both dead. Eslandà is shy, often adverting the attention to other's unless it was the Kings'. The only time she ever stepped out of character was with the cubs that she watched over when their mother's were busy doing other tasks. Even then- she was watched over. But when the guards attention was stolen, she'd take take her opportunity and play with the cubs. Other then That, Eslandá took her job seriously- making her instantly observant and always watching History: Her mother was caught mating outside of the Ukufa Males. First, if you're going to use stock you need to be sure to give proper credits.
Second. The first image isn't allowed to be used per the Artist's TOS.
Third. The second image is already in use, so you'll had to use a different one.

Just 1 small things that I think you might have misunderstood. The Ukufa males are new, brand new to the pride. They would have just taken over by maybe a couple of days in the Rp. Before that it was just a normal lion pride. So her mother wouldn't have been caught mating with a male outside of the Ukufa because they weren't there yet, nor would Eslanda have been raised around or in front of them.
The previous leads did not have a Harem either so it's a new unofficial rank.
