Jasper is a young colt who greatly resembles his mama the most. He shares a very similar coloration to her, being primarily grullo, however he also carries the white markings on his body that make him a paint horse as well. Right now, being so young, he's not a very tall kiddo, however, his overall height will one day fall between his parents at a solid 16.3 hh tall. So he will be on the taller side, but not as tall as his father.
While most of his body is the grullo color, which appears almost like champagne, he does have some white on him like his mama. While he doesn't have much on his body, aside from some markings on his neck and side, but he does have tall, white stockings on 3 of his legs. His face is also bisected, white covering half of it, with the grullo on the other half. He has a pink nose, though one nostril appears pinkish and the other greyish as the grullo takes over on that side of his face.
He has dark, warm brown eyes that always seem to be alight with curiosity and playfulness.

Yearlings right now wouldn't likely be more than a year and a few months. I'd say max would be like a year and 4 months. They do not since they're fully weaned, but it's recommended. ^^

The brute is truly a behemoth in size, standing at a towering, powerful 18.1 hands. He is nothing short of a creature of gigantic preportions. He has long, powerful legs, and a broad, powerful figure. His body is covered in strong, sinewy muscle, giving him a domineering aura with a tough-looking exterior. He has an athletic physique, body shaped in a way that excudes power. The stallion is of a dark bay colouration. His legs are a black shade, and the rest of his body barely comes above a dark brown. His neck, shoulders, and head are all nearly black, the lightest parts of him being around his shoulders and flanks. His mane and tail are long and onyx in hue. Scars spill all across his body from fights with other stallions, predators and other random mishaps. His eyes are equally dark, appearing almost completely black and like shadows, showing none of his true intentions or thoughts. Personality: Chex has many layers, or walls, to his person. To strangers, he could be considered a brute. Gruff, short, and a little quick to violence if provoked. He keeps strangers at an arms length, handles them with scrutiny, stares at them through a slightly twisted lense of "Potentially Dangerous", regardless of how he acts. With mares, yearlings and foals, perhaps he could be a little softer. With stallions that pose no threat, he could be a little softer. But at arms length they are, and that's where they stay while they are still strangers. With those known to him, he can be patient, be can be nice, but likely not kind. He can be pleasant, but likely not overly so. He is blanker with those known to him, acquaintances. He has no mask of aggression, no mask of barely restrained violence, simply a blankness, acting depending on how they act. A chance to study them, to figure out who and what they are. He can still be violent if pushed to a point, but only if pushed, no longer looking as if he's going to snap at the slightest hint of dislike. With friends, Chex can be something of a pleasant, kind person. Helping them, protecting them, offering them things that he would not offer those that are not his friends. His family is similar, but not exactly. His closest friends and family see a side of him that is gentle, kind, that gives everything he has and more for them, as if he would rip himself apart if they asked, as if he would take the world apart and hand them the rubble if they requested it of him. And, truly, he would try. He would kill, maim and die for those he loves. Those that hold his ire, though. Those that are enmies, or have done something to earn his anger, his hatred, they should fear. With them, he truly is barely a second away from snapping, he does have to keep a close eye and a tight leash on his anger, lest he lose his mind. Stock images.] Uthyr is quite a specimen, both extroardinary, but in a terribly mundane and ordinary way. He looks quite similar to his father, but doesn't quite meet his level of beauty or brawn, with a coat of dark-ish bay. His fur is a deep shade of red-brown, onyx legs darker than the night sky, with a white spot on his forehead. His mane and tail are onyx too, long and flowing whatever way the wind deems necessary, along with eyes of a hue so dark they appear black. His figure is muscular, but not overly broad, not intimidating to merely stare at. He can hold his own in a fight, and he looks the part, but standing at 16.1 hands high, Uthyr doesn't exactly strike fear into the hearts of everyone around him. The lack of scars does not aid this; while he has a few, they're few and far between, marking him as a little inexperienced in the fighting department of existence. Overall, he's just rather average. A bay stallion of a rather average height, a rather average build, a rather average horse. Personality: Arrogant, cocky, a brute. All words that, very aptly, describe Uthyr. He grew hearing stories of his fathers successes and his losses, grew hearing stories about a stallion that he felt as if he had never seen. His father, a brute? His father, overly aggressive? His father, fighting for the sake of fighting? No, never. He'd grown to idolize this version of his father, the version he had never gotten to see. He grew to want to become that version of his father, a stallion that fought, a stallion that won, a stallion that threw his weight around and had others fear him. Uthyr is a bully, to put it plainly. He picks on anyone and everyone around him, he throws weight around that he doesn't have, he eggs people to fight him, he makes sure everyone knows their apparent place; below him. Even people that are meant to be his equals, he sees them as beneath him, as servants, as people that should fear and respect him, that should be intimidated by him, that should cower in the face of his ire. He is angry. He is simply an angry individual, and he's always looking for reasons to be angry, even if there are none. He's always looking for reasons to lash out, for reasons to kick, to bite, to fight. He's looking for reasons to belittle, to put someone "in their place". [words] Personality: This little creature can for the most part be described as a little lady. It's obvious from the way she behaves - a well-mannered little thing, with a charming tone of words and voice . Her little words being like honey to others ears, very polite and respectful - knowing her place amongst older horses . Yet, when needed she can and will speak what's on her mind and will do it to the best of her ability. She has a certain little charm about her, maybe it's the softness of her tone of voice or the dainty way she carries herself - either way she is prim and proper . She's a rather precocious thing, able to articulate herself in a rather "grown-up" manner - she's rather observant and good on picking up on social cues. This may be the reason she has such good social skills, and also her watching older and experienced horses as to why she has such an extensive vocabulary. She does her best to be polite, always on her best behavior and making sure or obey rules and not cause much trouble - but of course, she's a filly still , so she can and will get into mischief. This little girl has an adventurous soul, she wants to see the big wide world and travel as much of it as she can - she takes joy in splashing in creeks, running through a meadow, and even climbing steep hills - she even dreams of climbing a mountain one day. She's curious and inquisitive, always asking questions - wanting to know more, you can find her looking at the small creatures whether it be bugs or insects - she particularly has a soft spot for bunnies, she just thinks they're plain adorable. She can be a social butterfly when she wants to be , flitting around and chatting with others . She's not one to back away from a conversation when engaged in one - however, she is one to have a social battery. There's only so much socialization she can take, and she can get quiet less than likable when she doesn't want to be around others . While she can be a polite and charming child, she can be rather blunt and sharp with her words when needed. She may be quiet at times , and not really say much when prompted, but she's not afraid to stand up to a bully - she can and will put someone in their place if she doesn't like how they're treating her or a friend. This dame is young but she has a rather fiery spirit underneath her calm exterior - she's a protector when needed and she won't let a friend down. For someone so young, she's also rather loyal and once you've befriended her - she's stuck to you like glue, she'll be your friend to the end, she'll be there through your highs and lows and she will be the friend to defend you when no one else will. As mentioned, she can get quiet fussy when someone she cares about isn't treated right. To say she can get downright venomous is true, especially when she is displeased - she can be a rather cold creature when it comes to that manner, and if her family doesn't like you then neither does she cause she trusts their judgment until proven otherwise. It's also noted that she can be quite stubborn when it comes to doing what she wants at times , a simple "because I said so" doesn't work - no, she needs a detailed and valid reasoning because she's not stupid and doesn't wanted to be treated like she is. If it's one thing she hates it's to be coddled or babied, this young filly has a lot of growing to do but its obvious she's growing into an amazing young lady. Her frame being powerful and stocky in build. Being perfect mixture of bulk and leaness. Her legs are lithe in appearance helping her to move swiftly while her hindquarters are powerfully built which gives her more power in her kick and more oompft in her run. Her coat is of buttermilk bucksin coloration, it being a lovely pale tone. The coat being a gorgous pale gold color and it shimmers brilliantly in the sun. It meshes well with her tenebrous mane and tail. Her tail being long and sweeping the ground. She also has four black socks, almost to her forearms. Her eyes are a dark browish-grey color with her scent being wildflowers mixed with honey and the poisonous wolfsbane Personality: This mare has an elegant and graceful bearing. She holds her head high and walks with long strides. Her eyes always seem to be roaming, watching, and calculating. She was raised by a mare that was a Queen in her own right and who taught her to act like one. This mare walks with the best posture she can muster and likes to make sure her head is high. It may be viewed as haughty or arrogant to do such a thing but no. She wants to make sure she looks her best. Even when she's beaten and worn down she'll muster the strength to hold her head up high and give a smartass smile. She may not have a literal crown but she acts as if she wears one. There is purpose in her step and she strides as if she owns the world. Nothing can bring her down. Neither insults nor physical pain. She'll just bear through it with a smile on her face or a look of ”did you really just go there?” This mare is quite dominant in behavior and doesn't take do being told what to do well (albeit if you're the boss then she'll do it.) If and when she is ever in charge she expects you to do what she says in a timely and fashionable manner. If you don't do what she says or dare disobey her then this mare will be quite upset. She can be angry with you and you don't even know it. Only those attentive can catch on to the slight angry twitch of her ear, tail, or eye. Not to mention her voice might raise just a slight octave and her words will convey her displeasure. To see a fire in her eyes or her tail flicking annoyed it means: This mare is not happy. This female can be quite the character when it comes to her play on words. She is quite humorous at times, liking to crack a quick joke or two. However, these times she's not in the mood for games or jokes. She's grown more serious and sarcastic. She doesn't have a temper and has quite a bit of patience. However, that being said if you do push her more than you should then this mare becomes quite angry. The mildest form of her anger will be shown in her behavior: from a small stamp of her hoof, swiveling of her ears and tail, or an overly loud snort. When she is angry then she will spit insults at you ( if you prompt her to do so.). Her words will be venomous yet delivered in the sweetest tone she can bear. If she is truly enraged then you had better run because this will entail her attempting to bite, nip, or kick you. Basically, anything to inflict pain. This is only reserved if you dare to physically attack her or someone she cares for ( friends, family, or children.) This female is a stern individual. She knows how to give orders and receive them as well. This mare is not below being talked about if she does something wrong. However, she'd rather you do it to her face than behind her back. She doesn't like others that talk behind your back. If they can't say it to your face then it's nothing worth mentioning. It's just common decency to know what someone is complaining about so she can attempt to fix it (if possible). She is very protective of her children. She has seen too many foals die because of inattentive parents. This mare doesn't like any random or unfamiliar mare or stallion reprimanding her child (unless they are of higher rank. Then again even if it is a stallion she'll tell him in the politest way to ’fuck off’. Of course, the father of her children has the authority to discipline. Also, if she has a sister, she being the Aunt of the foal may do so as well, or if she considers a friend worthy of such privilege then she may too.) This mare raises her children well. She expects them to be well-mannered and not cause a lot of trouble. She knows children are energetic and want to have fun but she won't tolerate her child always getting into trouble. She gives a bit of hard love whether it be a swift kick to the rump or nip to the ear to get them to listen and obey. This dame loves her children and would sacrifice her life for them. The children must look out for their siblings and love each other. Yes, they may have disputes and arguments but they must realize they're family and family always stick together. This female holds a certain gentleness when dealing with her younger children but as they grow older they mustn't be coddled but instead taught the way of life. When it comes to dating and romance, no one is worthy of her son or daughter. You may try and win her favor if you wish, but you dare disrespect her or break her child’s heart then this mother will pull you straight to the depths of hell. This mare holds a faintly aloof disposition. Yes, she may like to socialize, but that's on her time. If she doesn't want to talk then she'll give a polite glare but if you insist on blabbering on then she'll just walk off. She's not particularly interested in gossip but she does love good drama. Her aloofness is a bit faint as she'll be courteous towards you but she may appear uninterested in what you're saying. However, she does listen to you. It's one of her missions: know everyone's name and who they belong to. If you're gonna bother her then she might as well get to learn your name and those who you mingle with (even if its from a distance.) This female has a rational outlook. She likes being reasoned with logic and words not fighting. However, if when it comes to debates you won't want to argue with this lass. Due to her observant nature, she can and remember things said or done that can be used against you. She listens to both sides of a story and attempts to make the right logical decision. She's not perfect so she doesn't always get it right. If you don't like her opinion or decision well that's on you because you asked her and she gave you her honest opinion. In some manners, she can be brutally honest. What's the point in hiding the grimness of a situation if lives are at stake? She knows it's best not to scare young ones but they should at least be told that something bad has happened, and not fed untruths or coverups. Such coddling could harm them and not prepare them for the real world. Whether it's a small decision or a large one she always thinks about it. She wants to be a sage mare and not one to foolishly run into situations she can't handle. So she finds better company in older and experienced mares. She doesn't need a man, she can fight her own battles(and if she loses so what. At least she went out trying.) She doesn't like being treated like some fragile flower or object so flowery words don't work on her. The stallion that obtains her heart must respect her and be able to deal with a mare like her. He has many scars showing his battle experience, most notably on his flank, where he has a deep scar from fighting off an opposing stallion. His eyes are a deep, kind brown, and his hoofs are worn from galloping. He stands at 17.1HH, with a robust and powerful build.
Personality: Luar's presence is domineering at the best of times, as he often towers over other stallions and mares. He is a hardened soul, and has a hard time being affectionate or caring to horses he doesn't know. However when he gets to know people, he can be quite open, or kind, and loves to talk to mares. My Yearling Name: Kokoro "Koko" Meaning: "Heart" Age: 1 Year, 3 Months Kokoro was one of the first foals born in the previous foaling season. Gender: Female Herd: The Plains Herd Rank: Yearling Desired Rank: Lead Mare, like Ma Appearance: Kokoro isn't exactly a small filly, standing at approximately 15.1 hands at the wither, showing she's definitely going to be on the taller side as she ages and matures. She's going to end up somewhere around 17 hands tall, not a height to mock or laugh at, but still a little shy of the powerful build of her father. Her stature isn't one of bulk or brawn, even if she were at her full adult measurements. As a yearling, she's generally on the lighter side compared to adult horses, but even as an adult, Kokoro isn't going to be notably bulky. Koko will grow to be sturdy in the way of lean muscle and sure-footedness, and she's well on the way even now. She still has those clumsy moments of someone figuring out the body they're growing into, but day by day, the filly is growing more and more confident in her strides. Her legs are long, and will likely remain that way, even in her adult life, following somewhat in the path of her fathers figure, minus the bulk. Her coat is that of a sooty bay, with onyx legs, parted only by by white at the base of her two left legs. On her forelegs, they reach almost until her chest, not being quite as high on her hind legs. Her body is marked by the sooty markings, with a heavier collection of them along her spine, making it appear almost black beneath the coppery-red shade of her bay coat. This darker color arches along her neck beside her mane, leaving her ears dark, and her face shades of almost-black and a dark copper-red, with her nose being completely black. Kokoro's eyes, like her father, are a deep shade of brown, so deep that they often appear black, although hers generally seem much friendlier than his. Of course, the filly can be described as having something of a single-track thought process at times. She's strong willed and stubborn at the best of times, after all. Despite that, Koko is still young. She has times where her only goal is to have fun, to play and goof off. She enjoys surrounding herself with friends and family, she enjoys playing games, laughing and enjoying herself. Even if she strives to be perfect, to be reliable and useful, she's still only young. And, even with her desire to be around her friends and family, there are times where even Koko wants to just be by herself, like every teenager. Like anyone else, though, Kokoro knows that there are times to be serious. She knows when to drop playtime, when to stop goofing off, and when it's time to be serious and more grown-up. Even in this scenario, she likes to be useful, and wants to do whatever she can to help, which is another reason for her growing serious, to use her confidence and reliability for a good cause.
