Plot

There once were five cats, born with the powers of the sky.

They were all traveling together, half-starved, exhausted, and miserable. They were looking for the Sky Gem, a family heirloom, who's family it belonged to had died off long ago. It was apparently the root of their powers, and the only way to learn about them.

.

But it wouldn't be easy. It was supposed to be buried deep in the earth, hidden in the ground. The family that owned it clearly hadn’t wanted for anyone to find it.

.

The cats were walking, until they found a beautiful marsh. It had large magnolia trees and large islands, and beautiful morning skies. It smelled rich of prey, and it had a magical aura to it, but could it be…?

.

They explored for a while, trying to find the Sky Gem. They all knew it was there, and they didn’t stop looking for years. Until finally, at the very edge of the marsh, they found a cave.

.

It glittered beautifully with gems and crystals, lighting up the way. They slowly got bigger, and bigger, until, finally, they found the Sky Gem. It was almost transparent, moonlight shining through it. All of the cats touched their paws to it, and they felt a power surge through them.

.

Shadow gained the lunar powers. She could control the moon cycle, and control the stars, using them as weapons.

Beam gained the solar powers. He could control the weather, and make the sun larger and brighter.

Scorching, brother to Beam, gained the power of fire. He could summon fire and control its path.

Turquoise gained the power of water. She could control the movement of water and change its temperature.

Swifty gained the power of the wind. He could run at lightning fast speeds, thanks to the wind carrying him, and control wind speed.

When they returned to their usual spot, however, an entire fortress had been built, including a temple, with beautiful pools and statues of the first cats. There were Sleeping Quarters, with enough rooms to house hundreds of cats, and even training grounds and weapons!

Each of these cats would pass on these powers to future generations, but they soon realized that their powers weren’t as powerful, but still had the same uses.

But then, disease struck, and the land was nearly destroyed. The sick soon became zombie-like creatures, and infection spread like disease. While some cats worked on a cure, others worked on defense.

.

Soon, they were locked slowly into small areas of their kingdom. The fortress was the only thing that they could be sure was safe.

Apprentices may not have mates or kittens.

Roles:

In the kingdom, when kittens grew to 6 months old, they were apprenticed. They were acclaimed apprenticed by the oldest cat with their powers (Aka Elder of their power.)

Apprentices were trained by whoever their mother and father chose, as long as the apprentice themself agreed. Their trainers would train them to be the best they could, not only physically and in battle, but morally too. When they turn two years old, they become an adult. The Elder of their power proclaims them a Fighter/Scientist.

.

Fighters’ jobs were simple. Fight. Survive. Serve. They were to help scientists with ingredient gathering. They used their powers and weapons in battle and to sometimes play with kittens.

.

Scientists used their powers for making and trying to discover a cure. They would cut up ingredients and use their powers for heating, harvesting, etc. They also help around the fortress.

.

There are five elders, one to represent each power. They were still one kingdom, they weren’t separated, but only the Fire Elder would assign trainers to a Fire Apprentice.

The Infected are NPCs.

.

Reservations last for a week. I know it seems long, but people are busy, and I respect that. I personally am also busy.

Character Personality:

Kia is a fun and silly cat with a love for the heat of battle. She loves to defeat infected with her friends, despite how dangerous it is. She hates grumpy cats, only hanging out with cats more... Her vibe. She thinks that the scientists are smart enough to develop a cure, but she wants to help. She feels like the ony way to leave behind a legacy is to do something super important,and then be actually noticed for it. She always seems to be brave, climbing the highest rocks and trees, catching the speediest prey, taking down the strongest infected, and just pushing herself beyond all limits. She lives to be important. She wants to be the Lunar Elder one day, but she doesn't know what she would push herself or others to do for it...

Whenever Kia feels down, or lonely, she will just cheer herself up by talking to a friend. She thinks that life is always better with a friend. She is never grumpy, for it would be a disgrace to do so! She is loyal, and despite how much she might want to hurt a fellow kingdom member, she would never. After all, she doesn't want to be infamous when she dies!
