"Daddddd, it's unfair.. but fine." Kelly growled a little as she walked away. "I wonder when I meet him." She asked herself. She knew her dad wanted to be a grandfather but she really wished she could choose her own mate.

"And get yourself ready! Your meeting him tonight and I don't want my daughter looking unkempt and like a loner. "Thunder growled again before turning away and going to deal with something else.

Kelly got ready. She didn't know how he was going to be like. There were a few males in the pack, she was wondering why her dad didn't pick any of them as they all had crushes on her. She looked at the water and saw her reflection.

The night seemed the come by so fast. Thunder walked over to his daughter, a younger male at his side. "Kelly, I'd like you to meet someone special. Your future mate, Sky"

Sky held his head high and smiled at Kelly. "Hello Kelly, I've heard a lot about you"

Kelly looked at her dad then at Sky. "Hello Sky. I've heard a lot about you too." She said. She was still mad at her dad but she didn't show it.

Thunder purred, things already seemed to be going well. Maybe, in a few weeks these two would be closer and officially become mates. "I'll leave you two alone for a while" He turned and walked away.

"Did you know, your Alpha can be really intimidating" Sky commented when Thunder was out of ear shot.

"Yeah.. he's very annoying. But I am his only daughter.. well first born." She replied.

"I'm a first Born too" Sky gave an awkward smile. "While sometimes it feels like the greatest thing to be the firstborn. Times like this is when it's not hoesntly"

"Yeah.." Star said. "Why do they force us?" She asked still confused about the whole thing.

"I'm not... Sure" Sky said "You seem like a nice lioness and all.... But it seems like they may be forcing because they either want to be grandparents or want an excuse to stop fighting for territory"
