° Harlow Nightingale ° . "Boo! Did I scare you? Uh-huh. It'll be a lot worse when my teeth are stuck in your leg!" . Sixteen November 27th - Sagittarius Nonbinary/Androgynous Coyote shifter . °APPEARANCE° Harlow stands at about 5'4ish. They aren't tall by any stretch, but have moderate muscle tone and the stamina to run miles. Overall, they're very lanky and have the perfect body for being agile. They have short, messy brown hair that falls partially over their eyes but isn't long enough to touch their shoulders. They get natural highlights in the sun, and the roots tend to look darker but fade out the more it grows. It sticks up a little bit on one side. They have a slightly childish face, as they're still growing, but looks can be deceiving. Harlow has piercing blue eyes that always seem to have some deep hatred for society in them.. no one has been able to figure out why just yet. Those eyes have golden specks in them, and one of their eyes has blonde eyelashes. They have lighter skin and small freckles but always have a tiny bit of ash or dust on their cheeks from their activities. . Harlow mostly wears slightly baggy jeans and hoodies to hide their identity. After all, you're not too recognizable if you never get caught.. too bad, they got caught and now are on the run. These jeans are normally gray or dark blue with faded knees. The ends are frayed and a little burnt from fires, but they're okay. They wear knee high black socks and gray lace-up combat boots that have black and white striped laces. Their hoodies are normally just plain black or gray, nothing fancy. . °PERSONALITY° Unpredictable • Pyromaniac • Manipulative • Competitive • Angry . Harlow is overall very unpredictable. They could be yelling at you but laughing at your joke a second later. Many people think it's pretty scary how quickly their emotions can switch up like that, and it's a reason why they never had many friends. Of course, Harlow is a very big pyro. They'd love to watch the world burn and not care who burns alive. They're so crafty that they could figure out how to burn down a concrete pit somehow. That's how determined they are. Harlow does this for the fun of it- lighting something up and watching it burn is one of the most adrenaline inducing, favorite pastimes of theirs. Most normally, it's grocery stores or parts of shopping malls. They tried to burn down a school once, but they gave up after being escorted away by security. . Harlow is incredibly manipulative despite their unpredictable nature. They'll find a way to steal your trust and get whatever they need. That's how they've gotten out of bad situations many times before, it works. They often times use this on unsuspecting people to steal money or get them to help with their activities. Other than burning things down, Harlow is incredibly competitive. When they were younger, they'd always have races or drawing competitions with the other kids and always try to win, no matter how hard. For some reason, they're angry at society. No one has been able to figure out what went so wrong to make Harlow turn out this bad. |

Zodiac : August 25th, Virgo ☆✯☆ Apperance: Kyla Huxhold is tall curvy female standing around 5'8". Her hair as big and fierce as her career and personality. Kylas hair is a rather big and coily Afro gently a-top of her head. Her hair shines as a deep chestnut brown with stray bronze highlights to compliment her deep beautiful brown skin. She is often seen wearing her Special Agent uniform which consists of all black cargo pants and a fitted silver button up and black- gold vest with platform black boots. Kylas vest is adorn with special unit weapons, badges and a patch over her left chest spelling out her last name ( - Huxhold - ).Kyla often wears rimless " y2k " sunglasses which start from a deep gray fading into clear. Her ears are adorn with golden star-hoop earrings.And her big cupids bow lips lined to perfection coated in clear gloss. When Kyla is off of the "clock" she is often seen wearing fitted tops and bottoms, or boho- earthy clothing and copper. ｡･ﾟﾟ･ ･ﾟﾟ･｡ ☆✯☆ Kyla's Personality: Kyla is as fierce as her appearance. She is often quick to stand her ground and never stray from the rules. Part of the reason she's become a part of the Special Agency is because of how tact she is. Ever since she's been young Kyla has been active physically and strong mentally. Despite how Kyla has grown up and what she's gone through she doesn't let history repeat it's self. Kyla is true to her word and never backs down from those she loves and holds close, but it takes a while to become one of them.Despite her past, she finds it easy to trust peoples words only to realize she should not. . . ☆✯☆ Others(?): -Kyla enjoys to work out and run -Appears stand off-ish -Opened to new ideas, but has a hard time trying them -Not close with her own family |

Pale flames dance up the side of a 24 hour convenience store. The building is made from wood and some concrete, so.. it was actually quite simple to start up. Lighter fluid and a stray match. The scent of burning plastic had never been one of Harlow's favorites, but it was a sign that their oh so precious fire had reached the inside of the building. Just to wait until the fire alarms start going off. A scream resounds inside, and the alarms start up with a howl. It never gets old. . Harlow stands at the curb, simply watching as the building goes up in flames. The orange glow reflects off of their eyes that seem so much darker in the moonless night. They take a deep breath, starting to feel the fire's warmth. That was nice, it was starting to get dark outside after all. They listen to the sirens from coming fire trucks and emergency vehicles for a long second before turning and strolling giddily down the sidewalk. The adrenaline from that was enough to keep them up for days! With a suppressed giggle of joy, they take up the role of an unassuming nightwalker and walk away from that big crime. Of course, no one had seen. No one ever sees Harlow's crimes until it's too late.. right? |

It was time to go. It seems a tiny 24 hour shopee has gone up into flames. Not naturally either. Someone or *something* had lit it ablaze. But why? It didn't truly matter, crimes had been on a spiral since ' shifters ' came around. Whatever they wanted to be called. They weren't much of a bother to Kyla, but they have been to society. Life is simple but so dangerous as an Agent, but even worse as an civillian. Kyla's boots stamped into the streets concrete examining the surroundings outside of the shop. Why would someone do this at random? Her deep hazel eyes beneathe her shades darted around swiftly. Taking in as much as she can, she noticed a walking figure. She glared at them for a while. Slowing her pace, she began to speak out. . . . |

As soon as that voice hits Harlow's ears, they're bolting down the sidewalk. This was bad. Very bad. A car drives past, and they slip across the street, taking up a coyote form as they scamper off down an alleyway. Hopefully that was enough to throw off whoever had spoken. . Infact, Harlow doesn't know if that person was ever speaking to them. Whatever.. all that matters now is to hide, stay out of sight. The now coyote scampers over a dumpster, agile paws bringing them through the dirty alley with ease. . If it hadn't have gone this way, Harlow would've still been happily walking down the street. That bitch ruined all the fun. In their thoughts, Harlow doesn't look where they're going and falls directly into a puddle, stumbling through the pothole and falling onto some stacked up cardboard. They let out a pained whine, before shaking it off and hoping back up, returning to their human form, which is now partially soaked with mud water. . "That sucked. Actually, everything here sucks." . They growl, checking to make sure their lighter still works. Luckily, it still sparks up. At least there's one good thing that came out of this. Their messy hair is even more messy than usual and is damped down with water on one side, making them look sort of odd. |

(I apologize in advanced, i'm having a hard time deciding on a font!) The hell's going on? Why did they flee? With a swift movement reaaching for her 2-way radio. " This is Agent Huxhold, reporting suspicious life form around the scene. Checking it out. Over". With an ending click, went to pursue the stranger. . . Slipping around the dark and soggy streets of the city was nothing easy. For a civillian or an agent. The cold air slamming on to Kyla's face was unpleasent. She forced herself to ignore it though. Her eyes darting around, taking in her surroundings. What? . . . Her target took on an animal form? Could it be that they were a shifter? Kyla has't had contact with one before by herself, or had to pursue one alone. She's heard they're dangerous and are known for toruble. . . the ones back in detainment at least. Lurking now, unsure of what to do next. |
