Lunar|F|Healer "I won't let any of these pups die, Cobra!" Lunar barked, though she was unsure if that was true. The truth is, it is very dangerous for a pup to come out backwards, but Lunar couldn't let that show. "Push, push! Luna!" She begged. Lunar heard Eskimo and Apollo come up to the den entrance behind her. Pluto also bounded up behind her. "This pup has to make it!" She whined, it wasn't going well. (Out of rp, is the that's coming out backwards going to die?) |

somewhere outside the den two huskies were making their way through the rain "Are you sure Frostbite" the she-dog whinned. "Yes, Blizzard, I have a strong feeling, she's alive I know it". The she looked skeptical "But that fire it scattered us, you barley found me, and Icicle, Alaska, Arctic, and Snowstorm were all killed in it. How could you possibly know Aleu made it?" Frostbite stopped and looked at his sister "I just do" he suddenly froze "who's there" he barked out |

(Out of rp, no she will just have a birth problem she will be missing one front leg ) Luna whimpered in pain as the light gray pups finally came out but she only had 3 legs.... Cobra looked up "is she alive?...." he asked worriedly |

Worry creased the she-dogs forehead as she took in her mates words. So... Luna could very well be struggling tremendously - wonderful, how perfect. Lady's mind had been racing too far to completely take in Apollo's words at first, simply staring wide-eyed at the Nursery in which who knows what was happening within... Then the she-dog realized that her mate had actually asked her a question. "Huh? Oh, uhm," Her head swivled from the Nursery and back to Apollo, nervous clear in her bodys stance and features. She had barely acknowledged the uncomfortability of the positioning of the pups squeezing itself stuck into her ribcage because she was so focused on what had been happening. Until now, and she winced once more, a breathy whine leaving her. "A little..." Pant. "Uncomfortable. But its fine, I'll be fine-" Lunar's sharp, desperate call for back-up met her ears and her head swivled back to the den, body tense before quickly looking back at her mate. "Would you check on her please? I..." She swallowed, sitting back on her haunches before taking a breath. "I would but- but I'm not feeling the most capable."

"Of course," spoke Apollo "I'll tell you what happens" He trotted away towards the nursery entrance with Eskimo and Pluto, and was almost immediately handed a gray pup. He noticed that the pup only had three legs, but he began to lick it over and over. It's gray fur was wet, but that was what he expected. Apollo thought about his and Lady's own future pups. Lunar|F|Healer When the three legged pup came out, Lunar was surprised. She pressed her ear towards the pups chest and felt a steady heartbeat. "She's alive, Cobra!" Lunar rejoiced, but there was no time to celebrate. She handed the gray pup to Apollo and he started licking it. |

Eskimo finished licking the pup she'd been handed and while waiting laid her tail over it gently her fluffy pelt would surley warm it she thought she heard something outside close by but she couldn't tell over the rain nor could she leave right now, perphaps someone else would check it out, little did she know it was her own siblings |

Cobra let out a sigh of relief the pups he had been warming up was still at his paws he continued to warm her up as Luna layed her head down her eyes closing slightly from exhaustion |

The commotion had certainly grabbed the leaders attention. With the all too familiar whimpers and mewls of the newborns finding his ears, Ciro padded slowly over to the nursery's entrance, nodding to a nervous, anticipating looking Lady before entering the den space. And boy, was it crowded. The nursery had always been a fairly large gathering space, and before its delivery section expansion earlier this year, it could hold two or three litters of pups, their mothers, and possibly a healer. But even now, with the expansion, it was crowded with all of the dogs inside. Ciro's attention immediatly zoned in on the weary looking female, sympathy filling his gaze before he took a slow step forward, eyes flicking briefly towards Luna's mate, nodding his respect. Then came the pups. There were four, all differently colored, and unique in their own way. Their small, wriggling forms struggling to find or already suckling close to their mother. There did seem to be something ... off, about one of the pups. The little grey one. The closer he looked, not only was it abnormally small, but it only bore three limbs. The leader sucked in a small breath. He had dealt with his own litters in the past, and it was common for these weaker pups to pass early on... All they could do was wish for her aging to go properly, she would still be welcomed within the pack. "You did wonderfully, Luna. Congratulations. The pack is growing!" He announced, then turned to the rest of the dogs inside the Nursery. "Lunar, your work here has been beyond graciously recieved, thank you. As for the rest of you, let us get back to work and leave this new family to themselves for a bit." |

cobra/m/guard Luna let out a content sigh as her four pups nursed on her and cobra shifted his way over to his mates side licking her head "2 females and 2 males oh boy " he mumbled but his tail was wagging alot he nuzzled his mate his eyes kept on his smallest daughter he prayed she would make it luna/f/nursery female luna let out a sigh she lifted her head slightly at her leader "thank you sir" she said tiredly to her leader this had worn her out her gaze shifted to her smallest pup she nuged her closer to her then her gaze sweeped over all her pups most looked like nither her and appolo or not at all her gaze flickered to her white son and gray 3 legged daughter both storng sh juta prayed her daughter would make it |
