A moment passed as Callan gathered whatever courage he had. He padded softly over to Sky and Lyra, playful grin ever present.
"Sky! Lyra! Lovely morning isn't it?" He greeted them with a wag of his fluffy, white tail. His grin softened into a fond smile as green eyes met beautiful hazel. He studied them briefly before recalling his original plan of action.
"How're ya both feeling, got enough rest did ya?"

Luna gave an annoyed growl. "She hasn't endangered the pack, she's fulfilling her duties, and she has yet to prove she is not worthy of the rank" she said, a little too coldly. Crystal being made Beta was the last decision her former mate did before the Rouge killed him, and he obviously saw something in the younger female that others didn't. "Until she does something to endanger the pack, or is not fulfilling her role, there will be no challenges. Do I make myself clear?"

Sky gave a smile when Callan came over, and before she could say anything Lyra spoke. "I think I hear my name being called" she said before she padded off, giving a wink to Sky as she passed. Sky looked dumbfounded before she looked at Callan. "I-uh...." Sky wasn't sure what to say. "I'm good. Slept alright" she managed to say. "You?"

Sierra looked away. "Just never mind." She walked away forcing her ears to not go down. Was I the one being stupid or was it him? She sat down somewhere at the edge of the camp to go boredly wait around for something exciting. Maybe just a LITTLE excitement would be good. She looked towards Sky, Lyra, and Callan. She gave them a suspicious look. Everyone is weird around here.

Storm looked back to where Sierra was and saw her walking away. Haha i think they were fighting. Or it was just Sierra getting mad with Mocha being weird as usual. He looked at Luna growling at someone he couldn't make out. He looked away and then stood up when he heard that the beta was challenged. She didn't do anything wrong though! He sighed and went a little closer. She didn't endanger the pack in any way! He watched in the shade trying to not be creepy.

Aphrodite sigh quietly as her tail swings back and forth clearly felt tried from babysitting someone whom she clearly knows could contribute but refused to do so; most importantly it's her brother who is doing this.

Her ears flickers when she heard a familiar voice calling out to her. Takes a small breath she turns around facing Gabrielle before responded with a smile.

Scanning the crowd while keep an eye out on things, she can hear faint whispers of other members in the pack talking about some gossips. Rolling her eyes slightly she couldn't help but released a sigh.

"My brother's intelligence can be either a fighter or hunter if he tries. Lucifer too, he is a hunter why does he want to make himself an omega. For someone related to the beta he sure is..." Aphrodite pause for a moment, right the beta. There is another one acting stupid when in reality dangerous when triggered and angered; that temper isn't somethjng she wish to see.

"Well nevermjnd, Crystal is Crystal. She was trained to be a fighter and hunter at the same before she was picked as a beta. Don't led her acting like a fool cover your judgement. She isn't what you think she is. It's best you ask her than me. Then you will see what I meant by not be fooled by her acting stupid."

Callan stifled a giggle at Sky’s awkwardness. He found the way she stumbled over words adorable.

“I’m quite well rested, thanks. You have any plans for t’day?” He settled back on his haunches to study her once again. She was an interesting she-wolf, quite different from most he’d met. He found himself wanting to know more about Sky. To hunt down all the puzzle pieces and arrange them into a picture so that he could truly understand what made her tick.

Eira watched fondly as Callan and Sky greeted each other. She was happy for him, he deserved a break after all he’d been through, after all they’d been through. A wolf entering from the outskirts of their camp caught her attention. He was covered in snow that stood out starkly against his dark brown fur. She trotted quickly over to him, shaking the last of the snow from her own fur as she went.

“Mocha, you’ll catch a cold at that rate. Did someone push you in?” She stopped in front of him, narrowing her eyes further. Pawing at the cold earth beneath her she took a deep breath in and out.

“…or were you playing in the snow yourself again? Please try not to get sick, we need everyone at their best health.” She sighed, shaking her head the slightest bit.

“While your here, would you please escort me to the border? There are some herbs I’ve been meaning to gather for quite some time right in the edge. I’d go by myself, I’m perfectly capable of holding my own in a fight. However recent events have me feeling a bit anxious going alone.” She tried her best to fix her expression from her usual resting scowl to a kinder, sort of hopeful look.

As Inferus sat beside the border of the pack's territory, a thought struck him. Maybe they'd be less likely to drive me away if I bring a gift, he mused, getting to his paws. He backed away from the border. Hunting within their territory would not end well, so he made his way out further into unclaimed territory to take a look around. With prey becoming scarce, it would be difficult to find something, and even more difficult not to eat it himself.

Fortunately, luck was on his side that day and he spotted a doe not to far away. It was a little scrawny, but it would do. Inferus quickly brought it down. It wasn't too difficult; Inferus had been doing this alone since Gehenna left to be in the pack, and the deer wasn't heavy. He dragged it back to the border and set it down with a grunt, then tipped his head back and let out a short howl, hoping someone would hear him.

As Gehenna brought the rabbits back into camp, his ears perked up as he head a howl in the distance. He dropped the rabbits and grinned. "I know that howl," he said to himself. He immediately raced out of camp, completely ignoring everyone else as he rushed to greet his brother. I hope I find him first, Gehenna thought, worried that someone else would try to drive his brother off.

crystal see that she isn't needed anymore and we're about to dismiss herself so she won't waste anymore time during her duty time.

"If that is all I shall dismisses myself." She announced, swing her tail back and forth, lower her body and legs; Crystal give them one hard push before head towards the border to patrol without another word, she hate time wasting, every second when she wasn't doing something bugs her more than anyone could think.

As she ran, Crystal ponders the reason for lack of prey, should she go undercover or no. Just as she about to decide where to go when the border came to view, when an unfamiliar howl caught her attention makes her come into a halt before bolt in the direction of the unfamiliar scent.

So bold. She thinks to herself, finally she spot an unknown he-wolf looks somewhat skinny standing there with a dead deer in front of him.

Coming to a stop Crystal lower her body slightly blending in with the dark shadow waiting to see who this loner is waiting for, should she do something or leave it be.

Gehenna raced toward the border as fast as he could. He hadn't thought he would see Inferus again, but that howl had been unmistakable. As he aproached the border, He caught sight of a familiar dark grey pelt. "Inferus!" he called, barrelling across the border and into his older brother. "It's so good to see you again!" Gehenna gave his brother several enthusiastic licks on the face before letting him up and stepping back, his tail wagging. He saw a scar on Inferus's face and tilted his head. "How'd you get that?" he asked. "And what's this?" he added, noticing the dead deer.

Inferus turned as he heard someone charge towards him, ready to defend himself before realizing that it was Gehenna. He let himself be tackled, saying "Hey, take it easy, Gehenna!" Inferus stood up and shook himself off, taking a moment to clean out his fur a little. "It's good to see you too," he said, allowing himself a small smile, which, for him, was the equivalent of the greeting Gehenna had given him.

Inferus ignored his brother's question about the scar and instead looked down at the deer. "It's a gift for your pack," he said. "I thought that maybe they wouldn't immediately try and chase me off if I bought food with me." Inferus paused, sniffing the air, and looked directly at where Crystal was hiding. "Who's there?" he called.
