Kayleron~ Kayleron slowly lifted his head when he heard Violet speak. The old male started to get his feet under him, giving a small growl from the pain as he did so. Once his feet were under him, he breathed a little heavier than normal before he shook his head. "What do ya need kid" he asked, not knowing if Violet or Ava really knew what they needed right then. All Kayleron knew was he heard healer's den, and that was something the old male could still do, barely, but still, he would try. |

Sabre~ [Ava, Violet, Flame, Kayleron] Sabre heard Violet say something about the healer's den. *Eh, why not* He told himself before following Flame's scent trail to the healer's den. He sat down and waited for instructions. Sabre had never really been to the healer's den before, well at least he does not remember being in there. The gunshot he had heard a few moments ago worried him because he could not see and would not be able to fight back against any humans. Sabre put his thoughts to the side as he was helping Ava now, and Sabre is sure that Luna has it under control. Bandit~ [Voltage, Night] Bandit was woken up by a gunshot in the distance. He looked around and was relieved that everyone was still with him. Bandit looked at Night who was also cautious of the gunshot. "We need to leave this spot before they get closer!" He growled before getting up to wake up Voltage. Voltage seemed to be still sleeping. Bandit nudged him with a paw. "Wake up Voltage, we have to go!" He growled before shaking him with his paw. |

Night He wouldnt move at first. His ears would be pinned and his tail would be tucked. He took a few steps back but froze again. He was scared and had a flash back. He was a pup and playing with his brother. A bang could be hurt and a loud yelp. His mother and father ran over. His sister was killed. His mother grabbed him while his father grabbed his brother. They ran but they spit up. His mother hid him under a tree and he was hidden by the roots. She ran off and after a bit 3 shots could be heard. The hunters passed by him with his dead family. They were laughing. Night wimpered softly and when they left and ran the other way. Days pasted by and he had not eatten but was learning how to hunt. Years past by and he had grown into a young adult loner. He knew how to hunt very well and the different types of prey to hunt. |

Ebony + Scout|F/M|3|Fighter/Scout|M: Gunshot, Each Other, Luna (ind.) Ebony awoke after hearing the gunshot. She folded her ears back and shook her brother awake. "What?" he asked. "There was a gunshot and Luna isn't back yet." Ebony whined. Scout put his paw around his sister. "Go back to sleep, it'll be okay." he said, closing his own eyes. Ebony lifted her ears and closed her eyes. She laid back down. Maybe Scout was right, everything would be fine. Scout smiled, tucking his tail under himself. In a matter of three minutes, the twins were asleep. Kiara|F|5|Mother|M: Newt, Gunshot Kiara lifted her head slowly as the gunshot rang through the forest. She whined softly. She didn't like loud sounds much but did have to deal with them at times. She looked over at Newt. He seemed perfectly fine sleeping. Kiara smiled and laid her head back down. I hope no one is hurt. She thought. Dakota|F|4.9|Gamma|M: Hunting Group...?, Gunshot Dakota was pleased with the deer they'd caught. Although it seemed to be only a year old, it would have to do for now. She sighed as a gunshot rang out. Dakota shook her head. Luna is still out there. Is she alright? She wondered. Heh, what am I thinking? She's the alpha, of course, she's fine...right? She thought, looking towards the woods. Kanok|F|3.5|Scout|M: Scout Group, Gunshot, Luna (ind.) Kanok smiled in her sleep. She pictured the pack sitting in the clearing they'd found and Luna was nodding to them, telling them that they'd done a good job. Then, a gunshot was heard. She'd heard it from the forest but thought it was just her dream. The gunshot pierced into Luna's side, leaving her injured. Then, humans cornered the wolves from all sides and started shooting. Kanok breathed heavily as she awoke. Her eyes were dotted with tears. "It's...all just a dream Kanok. Just...a dream." She told herself, laying her head in her paws. She was a bit nervous to sleep again but closed her eyes and thought of her parents. Jay|M|3|Fighter|M: Gunshot, Open! Jay looked around. He didn't feel like sleeping and the gunshot spooked him a bit. He didn't like humans this close to their pack. It wasn't good for their safety. He sighed, looking around. He half-expected humans to just pop out of the forest and start shooting. If that happened, he would gladly attack them. He kept watch, not wanting to sleep. Addy|F|5|Loner|M: Gunshot, Open! Addy was sleeping in her unfinished den as the gunshot was fired. Addy then started dreaming of her parents. She was only about 8 months old. She'd been playing with a firefly at night when the same shot was heard. Her parents ran into the forest and started yelling at Addy to run. She froze, not knowing what to do. Then, a bullet was fired, skimming her shoulder. Addy yelped and saw her mother running towards her. Addy smiled but as her mother ran, she realized something. Her mother wasn't coming to get her, she was protecting her from bullets. Her mother fell moments later and Addy ran off. She hid behind a rock and watched as her parents were pulled away. Tears fell from her eyes as she ran off. As she came to a stop, she remembered her brother was still in the den when her parents were killed but Addy was lost. She fell to the ground, tears falling from her eyes. As the years passed, Addy started hunting larger animals and came across a pack that seemed to protect a bit of the forest. Addy was thankful for this and started living on the border of their forest. Then, she awoke with her eyes blurry from crying. She tucked her snout In her tail and closed her eyes. I'm sorry...Geo...brother. I'm sorry. She thought, closing her eyes once more. |

Kirik || Scout || M: Luna, Fusion, Chinook, Others The female dipped her head quickly, albeit with a somber defeat to it. Fusion was dying. She rolled her shoulders, sent a short prayer to her ancestors for strength, and grabbed the bloodied neck fur of the elder firmly. She hoisted him up as far off the ground as she could manage and began the journey back to the camp. Kirik moved as slowly and with as much care as she could spare, making sure to leave as little evidence of their passing as was possible. Through Fusion's fur, she ended up muffling several apologies as they bumped across the terrain. His weight seemed to grow every second as Kirik's body grew weary. Right as she was beginning to tremble, the camp came into view. She finished the last stretch huffing and puffing and gently set Fusion down.
Chinook materialized at her side and gently nosed the elder. "Fusion..." The beta trailed off, knowing full well there would be no words of reassurance that he could give to hide the truth. He sighed and pressed his nose briefly against the other's shoulder, then asked Kirik quietly, "How far away are they?" "We have time, but no more than a few hours. I couldn't leave a spotless trail," the scout replied, head lowered. Chinook nodded and she could see the cogs turning in his head. Under his breath, probably not having meant to be spoken out loud, he muttered, "We may need to move now." |

Newt~ [Kiara, Dusk] Newt scrambled in his sleep when the gunshot could be heard, it echoed throughout the forest. Once Newt settled back down his breathing slowed as he fell back into a deep slumber. The warmth around him made it easy for him to stay comfortable and feel safe. The sun was almost out of sight, and some chilling wind stirred the dirt and leaves on the ground. Duches~[Chinook, Kirik, Luna, Fusion] Duches was standing when Luna, Fusion, and Kirik came back into camp. She saw Fusion on the ground with a gun wound. Duches walked over to him and flattened her ears. *He can not be saved now, his wounds seem too great* Duches thought as she lowered her head. Fusion was a great pack member even though Duches had not known him long. ¨The humans are getting too close for the pack to stay safe and thrive peacefully. I don´t think we can stay here much longer.¨ Duches spoke softly with her eyes still on Fusion. She knew they had to move, they would move into the camp down south, with the consent of Luna the scouts and fighters could help lead the mothers, pups, and elders first for their safety. |

Luna~ Luna followed the others back to camp, remaining silent before she finally looked at Chinook. "We need to talk. Let's go to my den" she told him before she shook her head. The alpha female made her way towards her den, her leg still rather sore before she sat down. It was obvious she had a lot on her mind, and now that the humans knew they were there, it was too risky to do anything other than move. ~~~ Ava~ Ava looked at the elders, examining them closely. "Are any of you sore, hurt" she asked as she twitched her ear. She knew with the gunshot they would need to move soon, and assumed Luna was already making that plan. She couldnt let them make the long trek without something to help them move. ~~~ Sky~ When Sky heard the loud crack that echoed on the wind, she raced back to the camp, worried about Sabre. She couldnt place why, but she was. Once she reached the camp and saw Sabre wasnt hurt, a wave of relief smacked her like a boulder hitting the bottom of a cliff. She saw him and the elders around Ava and assumed it was just her usual check up on them. |

Sabre~ [Ava, Violet, Flame, Kayleron, Sky?] Sabre listened as Ava talked, he was not hurt or sore but his nose did sting a little from dust flying into it earlier. ¨No, I am not sore or hurt but my nose does sting from some dust flying into it.¨ Sabre replied straining his ears towards the entrance of the camp. Sabre could hear some footsteps but could not figure out who they were. *Maybe Sky is back* He thought. His heart started to race a little bit at the thought of Sky being back, hopefully safely. Sabre hates when he can´t see when someone gets back into camp. He sniffed the air the smells were jumbled together from all of the commotions, Sabre could faintly smell the scent of Sky. He wanted to get up and try to find her but wanted to help Ava at the same time. Sabre decided to stay and help Ava since it would not take too long. |

Violet Violet lowered her ears at the news, Fusion is dead? Why do the humans want to kill us so badly, they couldn't take away a dead wolf's powers, could they? Violet also heard that Luna was debating if they should move camp or not. Maybe that wouldn't be a bad idea, I've heard a few high ranked wolves talk about a place that would be perfect for a camp. But if we do could the humans follow us? Violet shook her head. She would help Ava check the elders for pains, if we have to move our camp we have to be prepared... |

Cosmo Cosmo paced around camp, like many of the other wolves, he was worried. Also, like many of the other wolves, he was waiting for Luna to make her decision. Will we really have to move? We've been here for years, our ancestors grew up here. It would be a shame to leave it all behind. But if we stayed, could we fight the humans? Or would that make it worse? Cosmo sighed, he sat down and looked up at the sky, he could see the sun setting in the distance. This year will be a time of new beginnings. (This rp is dying, I don't know what to post anymore ;-;) |
