Volcan turned her head to see one of her pack members appear before turning her attention back to the small herd hoping that her pack members would help without her asking and spooning the herd before everyone was ready to start the chase

Strikes trots out of the den and lays down to take a brake in the sunlight because she is out of breath and is found panting by Tatra, she looks up to him lovingly and lays her head on her paws, still looking up at him like she is expecting him to say something, after waiting a little bit she says "what? You can't expect me to not get tired every once and a while." And you can tell she is breathing heavily.

Tatra looks at Strikes concerned wondering why she's out of breath. "Do you feel okay" He finally asks after a moment some worry flashed in his eyes.

Strikes green eyes slowly glance towards the rest of the pack and then looks back at Tatra, with her tail and ears she says "pups are comming in a couple days!" And then looks towards Ohano (the Beta Male). He catches her glance and they hold their gaze for just a moment, she looks back at Tatra and signals that she is going back in the Den to clean it out some more before it's too late in the day.

Volcan crouched down getting ready to get the hunt started Volcan made her move and ran right at the herd causing them all to scatter she knew they had to get one away from the herd that being said Volcan ran for a good while before one fell behind seeing this was her moment Volcan launched her attack on the deer

Volcan seeing the deer weak from Solar wounding it badly she went in for the final blow she launched herself at the deer but missed her first time the second time she grabbed the neck and took it down with fresh food the entire pack can now eat there fair share and not just eat bits and peaces of whatever they could find to eat

"Thank you." Volcan said to him nuzzling him back "now let's eat our fill and take the rest back hom." Volcan then said to Solar
