solar stood up and walked over to his mates body and gave her one final love lick on the cheek "i will always love you volcan my you rest in eternal peace" he mumbled to his mates body before backing away for the other pack members to give there final fare wells to there alpha female |

Moonlight looked down at Volcan's lifeless body. Why? She thought. Poor Solar. She turned to face the Alpha Male. This must be so hard for him... "I'm sorry for your loss..." She said, but couldn't find the right words. Trying to swallow the lump in her throat, she howled sadly to mourn Volcan's death. |

solar looked at moonlight "t-thank you moonlight" he muttered his voice filled with sorrow but it wont help...she's gone and i couldnt save her he thought bitterly as he turned and left into his den to cry in quiet |

Moonlight payed her last respects to Volcan one last time, then limped back to the medic's den to sleep. No dream warned me...or anyone...about this...but maybe the way I felt that roar...was something warning me then? Moonlight wondered. Oh well...it doesn't matter now anyways...we were too late...I was too late...if I had told someone instead of freaking out...I could've done something... Moonlight shook off the thoughts and closed her eyes to sleep. |

solar couldnt sleep he was filled with to much grief he felt torn why now why did she have to pass now......why why WHY she paced back and forth he was upset agitated and just in a whirl of emotiions |

"I'm happy I can be with Volcan one last time, thank you for everything you've done you were a great alpha..." Ember sorrowed this was a terrible way to become a warrior as soon as your alpha dies. Ember turned to Solar and nuzzled him with a sorry look "I'm so sorry Solar, I know what it feels like to loose someone so important..." Ember whined, she lost many wolves more than she can count, she knew what Solar felt like right now grief, pain, sorrow, suffering, despair... "Now that the pack has no female leader what are we going to do?!" she barked to the pack! |

Ash didn't sleep, couldn't sleep. The loss of Volcan was already hitting hard, but Ash couldn't save her. She didn't save her. If Ash hadn't tried, if another healer tried, would Volcan still be alive? Ash walked out of the den, and sat in the middle of camp by Volcan's body, "I'm sorry... I couldn't save.. you" Ash stayed there |
