Keith ~ M ~ Delta Wolf ~ Mentions: Musher, Team His lips peel back in a silent snarl. He nips at one of the mutts that get a bit to close in his personal space bubble. His gaze darts between the two mutts and Juno as he growls, backing up slowly; closer to the tent where Maverick was sleeping. His gaze locks onto Juno's, "What I am doing is none of your business!"
He grumbles aggressively, his usual playfulness with his brothers amiss. He quickly turns, kicking up snow in the three Collared Dogs' faces and runs. Not paying attention that he runs where most of the team is. By the fire. He halts his movements just before he collides into the fire, he can already feel the hot heat inches from his muzzle and cheeks. He swallows and takes two steps back away from the fire before he looks around and whimpers as he sees himself in the center of attention of the team. |

Dakota|F|Teammate|Mentions: Niko, Echo Dakota started to notice the distress between the others as she had been silently observing, listening to the nearby sounds. Though she was mostly listening to Niko's soft breathing. She reluctantly sat up despite being comfortable with Niko. She didnt know any of the others very well but decided to walk over to Echo, trying to avoid the fire due to heat sensitivity. She came up next to Echo and sat down, trying to read her emotions, "Whats going on?" Dakota quietly asks. |

Nosoi | M | Wheel Dog 1 | M: Team Nosoi was on his paws in an instant. A sharp, unfamilliar scent had caught his attention. It was canine, yet not-so, and it unsettled him. His fur twitched as he noticed some of his teammates leaving the fireside and heading to the tent. A low growl rose in his throat as he stepped around the fire to go follow them. He heard barking and snarling, some of it familliar. Some of it sounded from an outsider. And outsiders were dangerous. He shook out his fur and was about to investigate what was going on when a canine figure came hurtling from behind the tent and skirted to a halt, a hair's width away from the campfire. Nosoi stumbled back, caught off guard for a brief moment before collecting himself. He bared his fangs, eyes narrow. The canine was not a dog, not quite, and most certainly not like anything he'd seen. It was male, that he could tell, and about the age of some of his teammates. Still, he was wary. He didn't know what this canine was capable of and didn't want to find out. He stepped closer with a growl. ` ` Who are you, and what are you doing here? ` ` |

"Because these are my friends, and you are an outsider!" Juno barks at the wolf, but he had already ran. She spotted him a few meters away, near the fire, where everyone could see him. She stood back as the other dogs examined the wolf, her fur bristling, her legs tense just in case one of the dogs decided to attack the wolf, or the other way around. Juno's job was to keep all dogs from being hurt, or arguing. She still had her share of fighting skill, though other dogs tended to have little respect for her authority. Her tail swept the snowy ground, though the snow was more slush because she was near the fire. She glared at the wolf, locking eyes with him for a split moment before she turned her head away to go closer to the campfire. The wolf didn't seem to want to attack, but Juno thought to hold him at the camp for some time, just in case. She would need to take it up with the group leader. Juno turned to find some water, her throat was dry from the cold. She lapped up the cool water, soothing her throat. |

Echo/F/Lead Dog 2/Mentions: Dakota, Juno and Keith Her eyes strayed to the words from where the wolf was and if there was one then there would be more. Much to her regret Dakota noticed the conflict between Juno and the wolf along with everyone becoming nervous. "Try to stay calm. I'm going to see what's going on", she answered Dakota her voice calm yet quiet. Last thing anyone needed was a panic so she started making her way over to where the wolf was. Maybe she could try to calm others down? So long peaceful night. She took in the sight of the wolf. Rather small so perhaps younger? More of a reason to stop the chaos. "Why are you interested in attacking in basically a curious wolf pup? You attack it then once it's family arrives we'll be in trouble so can we please calm down", suggested Echo to the others. |

Keith ~ M ~ Delta Wolf ~ Mentions: The Team His ears lift at the sound of the older canine's voice, he goes to turn and bite back and his shoulders slump instantly at the height difference. He swallows skittishly and takes a step back, his tail tucked between his hocks but he puffs out his chest and growls quietly trying to keep his tough act despite the other canine. "I answer to no one!" He lets out a howl-like whine before his ears perk at Echo's voice. How could she be so calm when everyone else clearly thought he was a threat to their team? He hesitates, taking a step away from the team. |

Nosoi | M | Wheel Dog 1 | M: Keith Fear. How pathetic. The stench of it clung the smaller canine, like he was a rabbit caught in a snare. Nosoi looked him over, unimpressed. He narrowed his eyes and raised his chin slightly. His earlier caution dissipated at the canine's now obvious distress, despite the smaller's efforts to conceal it. It was always somewhat funny to see opponents try to act strong infront of him despite their fear. Nosoi stared at the canine, briefly looking at the gathered dogs. He technically couldn't do anything without the Alpha Dog's permission, however... this outsider was practically begging to be chased out of camp. And isn't it better to ask for forgiveness than permission, or something along those lines...? The mastiff huffed, tail slightly raised. He really did needed to be taught a lesson. Even though he was pretty young. ` ` Well, you'll listen to me, punk. ` ` |

The commotion behind Tyke had him upright on his paws in an instant. His head swivled, along with his frame towards the gathering of teammates. Snarls, snaps, barks - nothing too unusual for the team, but one of the voices... Tykes pelt bristled slightly and his snout lifted to the air. Wolf. The realization made his blood run hot. He'd known it. He'd known something was off. The male's tail naturally raised, curling over to brush his spine as a low rumble emanated from his throat. With narrowed eyes, Tyke padded his way through the crowd of dogs - weeving and pushing aside those who stepped into his way. And then... He was in front of the animal. The creature was smaller than himself with a thick black and white winter coat that stretched over a slim frame. Young, the leader could tell almost instantly - the wolf still needed to fill out in some aspects it would appear. Tyke started his circling, eyes calculating as his paws moved him slowly around the animal. His gaze flicked briefly to the Echo, one of the only dogs in this situation that wasn't already snapping their teeth at the creature. His voice was eerily calm, rumbling when he spoke - as if testing the words on his tongue. "What is the meaning of this?" |

Keith ~ M ~ Delta Wolf ~ Mentions: Nosoi, The team He peels his lips back in a snarl again, but his aggression faded quicker this time then it did with that husky from moments ago. He ignored Tyke and his gaze locked on Nosoi's form. "I am not a punk, you mutt!" He pauses for a few moments. "...Saw a glow, seen it was a fire and I thought no one would be here." He huffs quietly before his eyes look at the ground then at Echo before landing on Tyke. His ears lower. That guy must be the Collared Dogs' Alpha if he spoke like that... He ignored Tyke's question before his ears lifted by unfamiliar howls in the distance. His brother must've been calling him to return home. But why didn't he reconnize them? One of the idiot mutts from earlier sniffed at his flank, he nipped at them before hiding behind Nosoi and growling at the other canines. Thinking he was safer near the taller canine despite how easily it would be for the mastiff to pin him. |

Echo/F/Lead Dog 2/Mentions: Team, Tyke, Keith The appearance of Tyke wasn't surprising and neither was him now circling the pup that really looked out of place. Still as she was the one that was being addressed and had no interest in harming the pup then she better explain. "This pup came into camp and was apparently going for the tent however Juno spotted the wolf pup and there was some conflict. The pup panicked and began running around because he was cornered. I tried to calm everyone down when I arrived. Nosai was about to speak before you arrived", explained Echo calmly and stretched. After some thought and remembering words thrown about. She did had few information. "I do believe the wolf pup's family will arrive eventually", finished Echo looking away. |
