Night & Shadow | M: Blade, Kage, Achyls Night pulled the girl up who was much younger than he had originally thought. "Do you have a place to go? There's a group of us escaped experimentals that are hiding together, you can feel free to join." Kage offered as they went along. Night smiled at both of them before frowning slightly as Kage said, "Night, let me go first. Jsut in case there's danger." He thought for a moment before grinning, "Go ahead Kage. I'll bring up the rear. If you need help, just call."
Shadow coughed, bringing himself up to a sitting position. The boy had stopped hitting him and the punches quickly healed over. "Stop lying to me! Please... I want Ko... I want mommy...They keep leaving me! Stop! Why can't they stop?" Blade kept up the screaming which was now hurting his ears. This man seemed to have. . .a few disorders including seperation disorder. "Instead of hurting others when they are indeed telling the truth, you can go find the person yourself. And for you, Ko didn't leave you. He's probably outside in a favorite spot by himself waiting for you to find your way to him." Shadow said, his breathing finally going back to normal. Hmm...now where was his cane? He still couldn't move but he would need the cane to walk once the man released him from his power. |

Achlys | 16 | Female | M: Kage, Night Trying to move through the vent as quietly as she could, Achlys followed the experimental in front of her with haste, making sure to keep close in order to not lose her way. She'd heard the girl refer to the second experimental, who was now in the back of the group of three, as "Night," which she assumed was his name. The teenager was thinking of asking the other experimental's name, but, didn't think that this was the appropriate moment to do so. She thought about the question which the female experimental had asked earlier. In truth, the sixteen-year old wasn't really sure on what to do. Should she go with them? There was, of course, the possibility of a trap, but Achlys didn't think that that was the case. She'd have to think about it. After all, she wasn't too much of a people person, in fact she wasn't even sure how she managed to speak to these people without her overwhelming anxiety kicking in. Maybe it was because she hadn't socialized in so long, left to rot away in that hellish, light-filled cell. Achlys shook her head, trying to rid it of all of the thoughts running through it. She would think about the question later. Instead, right now she had to focus on getting out of this place safely. |

Kage I M: Night and Achlys Kage hopped down from the vents first. She glanced around and grinned, the coast was clear. She looked back up to Night and the new girl, eyes sparking.
"Coast is cle-" She was cut off by a gunshot. She didn't take the time to figure out where it hit before she had a gun in her own hands. She aimed and shot the guy who had peeked around the corner to shoot at her. The guy shot off one more round and the bullet ricocheted. She yelped and her legs gave out on her. She felt the bullet hole, it had hit her in her lower abdomen, but hadn't come out her other side. Yet, she had felt pain for a split second, and now it was gone. She clamped a hand over her wound that was now bleeding and looked up, giving Night and the girl a grin. "Well that was a poor choice of words. Night, can you help me up?" She asked, seeming to feel no pain, as she didn't. |

Nakao Mentions: Lucille and Karasu (ind.) Nakao was oddly quiet when he returned back to his shared room, and his eyes of crimson red glowing in the darkened room as he entered. He could hear the soft breathing of Karasu, a small sign that the clingy child was asleep. He walks over to the bed, scooting Karasu to the edge of the bed. Slowly so he wouldn't wake up the boy. Karasu should know by now that the middle spot was for Lucille. Damn, what a nuisance. He changes clothes, slipping on a pair of dark grey sweatpants. Going over to sit down on the bed, flexing his aching, scarred body. He turns his attention to Lucille, giving her a quick examination. Why did he date her in the first place? Well, he wasn't too sure and he's still thinking about it till this day. "Don't ask what happened. I don't want to talk about it." Going over and laying down in the bed. Dread Mentions: Ahyma Dread woke up with a start when Ahyma came back into the room, and he rubs his face. He didn't bother changing out of his battered clothes, he was both in pain and tired to do it. He turns to face her, noticing the change in expression. He climbs out of bed, going into the bathroom to grab some medical supplies for Ahyma. Returning back to Ahyma, sitting sitting beside her and starts fixing up her wounds. "That's nice." A tired sigh left him, and he quickly glances at the photo. |

Ahmya and Lucille I M: Nakao, Dread and Karasu Ahmya sighed, looking at the picture through her one eye. She was lucky to have Dread. He was so much better than Nakao, no matter how "good" the man had been to her and Ota's mother. She let him tend to her wounds, wincing when he started to try and help her eye.
"I'm lucky to have you. And you'd better absorb those words, becuase you're not going to hear them ever again." She said, but was smiling genuinely at him. She suddenly leaned forward and kissed him. "I didn't get stuck with some dirtbag like stupid Lucille did." She kissed him again, showing much more affection than usual. She wasn't sure how he would react, but she didn't care. ~~~~~~
Lucille rolled over as Nakao walked in their room. He was quiet, and didn't say anything about Karasu for once. He just moved the child and changed, then laid down. What had happened? Great, now he wouldn't tell her.
"Why don't you like Karasu? He tries to make you happy. He's not some bratty little jerk of a kid. He's sweet and he wants your attention." She asked him, thinking if he didn't want to talk about something, she would give him something to talk about. |

Ko Mentions: Blade and Shadow Ko woke up confused and he was unsure why he was here in the barn. He looks around, blinking a couple of times before scrambling outside of the barn. He rushed into the house, remembering the promise he made with Blade about taking him out somewhere. Spotting the man harassing Shadow, he sighs before approaching him. "Enough Blade, I'm here. I was searching for something and dosed off." He glares at the crying man, "I told you. If you keep hurting people then I have no choice but to distance myself from you. Quit lashing out on innocent people." He helps Shadow and gives him back his cane. "Sorry about that." He truly was sorry, then he grabs Blade by the wrist and forcibly dragged him out of the house. "This is why no one wants to hang out with you, Blade. Your anger is making them hate and fear you." He sighs, wondering what he got himself into. "If you truly think I'll break a promise like that, then you don't deserve to be my brother. Especially when your actions bring harm onto others. That's something I won't tolerate." His words were harsh, but he's putting this out gently as he could. Without saying another word, he pulls out some keys from his pockets. "We can ride out and check out the nearby places. Give us something to do." He climbs onto the motorcycle Lev gifted him, and starts the engine. "Climb on." |

Night | M: Kage, Achlys, Ibex Night heard the gunshot and quickly slid out, hearing the second one ricochet. "Well that was a poor choice of words. Night, can you help me up?" Kage asked and he turned towards her, seeing the instantly. He was by her side a moment later, pressing a rag to her side. "Keep steady pressure on that." He said, letting her take it over before looking her over. Satisfied that she wasn't hurt any other way, he looked over to make sure the girl was good before saying evenly, "Now let's get out of here. Before Ibex comes to check the cells." He said it in a calm matter but with a grin on his face. He would gladly kill a few Ibex soldiers if he could. He made a gun appear before handing it to the girl. "You know how to shoot? You will most likely be in charge of shooting any Ibex soldiers that get in our way." He said, giving her a few daggers as well, which he materalized from the air. He turned back to Kage, trying to figure out how to move her. "Well this seems familiar," he said playfully to Kage as he scooped her up into his arms. He looked back at the girl, nodding once before heading towards the exit. |

Flame & Shadow | M: Ko(ind), Blade(ind) Shadow was thankfully rescued by Ko. The man helped him up and handed him his cane. "Not your fault young man. None of it was." Shadow said the last part quietly before limping towards his room. A very angry woman was waiting for him and he could already feel her checking him over before she said, "Well, you've seen better days." Shadow rolled his eye before he sat down. "Are you done with Ibex?" He asked and he heard her chuckle, "Not in the very least. Checking up on you first. Has Cero come back with Amber yet? He started this way but then I got distracted by Violet." Shadow choked, coughing in shock. "Violet is alive? How--Amber and Violet killed each other. Amber had her hibernation powers yes but Violet can't come back to life...." Shadow trailed off before Flame confirmed it, "Most likely Ibex." Energy wound through him before he gasped, his powers rushing back to him.
"You need to be more careful Shad," Flame said gently and Shadow smiled, "Tell that to Shi's boyfriend." It was Flame's turn to cough in shock. "Shi has a boyfriend and never told me?!" She practically yelled at him. Shadow simply grinned, "They wouldn't say its official but she hasn't killed the kid for stopping her battles yet, nor holding her hand. I think that's good enough." Flame punched him lightly in the shoulder at his mischievous grin before saying, "Alright get some rest you ole buzzard. I'll let Shi know what Ko is up to wherever he is."
Flame left Shadow in his rooms before heading downstairs in time to see a motorcycle starting up and heading out with two riders. Well, there's that problem solved. Shifting into her dragon form, she soared over the trees, going back to the Ibex building before blasting a hole through the wave of Ibex soldiers that just decided to come out. Landing beside Shi, she said, "Your boyfriend's up to something." Shi whipped her head around, practically shooting ice with her glare, "Not my boyfriend." Shi kept the glare for a moment before responding stiffly, "Where did he go?" Flame grinned, "Towards town. You can catch up to him now if you wish to." Shi grunted, "Momentarily. We have some Ibex butts to beat first." |

Kage and Blade I M: Night, Ko and Shadow Kage held the cloth to her side, but she couldn't feel any pain. That was weird, the whole feeling was weird. But when Night came over to help her and she realized she couldn't stand, she couldn't understand why. As she was hoisted up into his arms, she realized something was really wrong, and she knew just what it was.
"Night... I-I can't feel my legs, or anything below my waist." She said shakily, starting to panic. It made sense, the bullet had shattered things in her spine and paralyzed her. That thought panicked her even more. That couldn't be the case. No, just no, ~~~~~
Blade was very happy to see Ko. He didn't care about what he had done, it had made Ko appear. He wasn't abandoned by his brother. But that was the beginning and end of that happy feeling. Blade melted at his other words, completely falling apart as Ko said what he did. The words scarred Blade, causing him to want to act out. Why had he said them? He said that he didn't deserve to be Ko's brother, and that Ko didn't want to be around him. That couldn't be... Ko was his brother. Brothers didn't deserve each other, they just got each other. He was supposed to be a good person to have a brother? Did that mean Ko wasn't his brother, and wasn't ever going to be? He had tears dripping down his face again, eyes showing his pain at these revelations. Blade jsut stared at Ko as he told him to get on the motorcycle. He wanted to go with Ko, but Ko had said he didn't want him.
"You don't want to be my brother..." Blade mumbled, looking at the ground. "If you don't want to be my brother..." He couldn't even finish that sentence, he got too choked up. "I-I'm sorry... I'm sorry!" Blade suddenly yelled, hiding his face in his hands. He was a monster, no one wanted him. Or at least that's how he saw the world. That's why he tried so hard to force people to like him. |

Night | M: Kage "Night... I-I can't feel my legs, or anything below my waist." Kage said, starting to panic. He hugged her close, making sure not to hurt her. "It will be okay, we'll figure something out." He murmured to her, concern coming to him. They needed to get out of here and find someone with healing powers. He couldn't feel Flame at the moment which meant she was out of his range. Maybe Amber or someone else could help. He kept walking, not wanting to hurt Kage further by running but kept looking down at her with worry. |
