He took another clipboard and looked at the details concerning the capture, and sure enough Jericho had to be tranqed as well, and as a kicker, Ero passed out on top of him, seemingly as if she was trying to defend him with her last few moments of consciousness. "I'll let you talk to her to start, unless you want me to talk to her since she doesn't know who I am; since I was watching over him the first time around, she might remember me if Jericho talked to her about me." He looked at Ero as she was in the corner clutching his shirt. "I don't think she'll be willing to do anything right now, so I would say we let her stay in the corner, and above all we let her keep the shirt."

Dr. Vokls merely nodded as he watched Ero continue to huddle in the corner. "I don't think it was stupidity on Jericho's part; the footage I saw from when they were together showed that Jericho acted like a caretaker in addition to being a boyfriend for her, which calmed her down significantly while they were together. It's a shame that we didn't get him as well... the amount of progress we could get with them..." He rubbed his forehead before looking around the room. "Where's the intercom? I need to set the scene before we get to work on her."

Dr. Volks: Mentions: Ero and Dr. Jefferson

"We definitely should have, however it is too late now that the other mutants have gone off the grid... at least for now." He walked over and sat down beside the intercom and pressed the button, turning it on and broadcasting to Ero's room. "Would the staff please let Ero be? I think she needs some alone time." The people inside stopped to look at the glass for a moment before the doctor told them the same thing seconds later. They listened to the command and left Ero alone in the room, still against the corner. "Erokiera... I guess you just go by Ero right?... Ero, I know that you must be absolutely terrified now that you are here once again, but it doesn't have to be scary. We've taken notice to some... obsessive behavior as of late, more specifically towards Jericho, the experiment I am handling right now." Dr. Volks stressed this line to make it seem like he was there as well to begin the deception, although he didn't want to leak that lie head on out of worry that she'll see through it. "He's begged me to get you the help you need to conquer those inner demons... sounds like he will take a few bullets for your sake."

Ero I M: Dr. Volk

Ero watched as all the other people left the room and left her alone. She could easily try and hurt herself on the wall again. In fact, she was planning on doing that until she heard the speaker come on again. She pushed herself more in the corner, starting to shake. She didn't know what was happening, she was terrified. Jericho. That word echoed in her head as he said it. Jericho was there too, she didn't want him to be there. She huddled even more around his shirt, now starting to cry badly again. Jericho was there... and he still wanted to focus on fixing her? No, nothing could fix her but Jericho, she wanted him so bad. The last few words made her unsure though, take a few bullets? Was that a threat? No, no they wouldn't shoot Jericho... right?

"I want Jericho! Please... I want him..." she yelled the first part, but mumbled the rest. She wasn't sure about the help part. She didn't want help, or anything of the sort. She wanted Jericho. "He can help me..." she mumbled, burying her face into his shirt, but was still listening.

Dr. Volks: Mentions: Ero

Dr. Volks looked at Ero as she called for Jericho, saying he could help her, but he knew that she couldn't be revealed to the truth, otherwise she may be impossible to progress. "I know that Jericho can help you... I've seen footage where Jericho was able to calm you down and make you happy, but I can't... at least, not right now." He paused for a moment before continuing on. "I've been made aware that predecessors have damaged you considerably, so the first thing I want to do for you is to help you heal." He turned to Dr. Jefferson and mouthed to him No we're not before continuing with "We can't let you and Jericho get back together immediately, since both of you have proven difficult in the past, so for now you will be separated, but if you behave well and go along with the tests, I don't see a reason why we should keep you away from your love."

Zaphara

Without commenting, she forces Jackson to his feet, grabbing him by the wrist, and tugs him outside the building. "I don't know how you feel, Jacky. When my father died, I had no one. Hell," she shakes her head, "my adoptive family hated me for inheriting all of his things. Bad to the point they want to kill me." Shrugging her shoulders, "I was sad, but I kept on since I had a baby on the way." She lets go of his wrist, watching the kids play with one another. "Glory sacrificed her life to ensure the kids have the chance to become kids. Have a happy childhood unlike most of us." Placing a hand on Jackson's shoulders for a few seconds, only to race over when Tavu started eating a cookie off the ground. "Spit that out! No, Tavu!" The boy shifts into a fox, scooping up the cookie in his mouth and runs away from Zaphara.

Jackson listened to her words and sighed. She was right, but everything just hurt, hurt worse than any pain he'd ever experienced. He watched the kids play, seeing Dia actually smile made him feel slightly less sad. She somehow had found happiness in all this, and she was still going and taking care of Aztec, even when he was too distraught to take care of her. He saw Zaph go and try to take a floor cookie away from Tavu, watching him have none of it and run away.

"Zaph, how did you manage to be strong? I-I... I keep trying and I keep picturing her... holding her..." he mumbled, trying not to start crying again. "Nothing ever has hurt this bad Zaph... God, I'm going to start crying again..." He heaved a sigh, watching Dia try to encourage Aztec to play. "Aztec doesn't like me, he just likes Dia. He loved Glory... maybe he'd like me if she was still here..."
