Aspen hopped around the clearing. Trying to find out if the Bob Cat was still around. She sniffed the air, there wasn't any new scent but Bob cats were sneaky. Hopefully it went to hunt som thing else.

Oat, her nose twitching and her heart hammering, watched Blizzard for a long moment before her hair fell flat again. "I thought you were a badger!" She exclaimed, sitting back on her haunches. "Phew- sorry for landing on you."

Her small ears swivled briefly, checking for any signs of predators, but the wind surely hid any warning sounds.

"I was finnaly about to sleep.." He trailed off looking at his burrow. "Guess I cant live here anymore." He said with a sigh. "But anyway do you perhaps live in a Warren? I'm just a loner, because I was abandoned as a bunny." He looked at his paws. "Oh and by the way my name is Blizzard." He said looking at the female, trying to decide if to trust her.

"I, uh, I'm Oat." The doe hopped back a pace or two. Blizzard was big, especially for a buck, and she wasn't certain how Frost would take his presence. "I could get our Chief to speak to you?"

The offer felt a bit cold. It meant Blizzard would be stuck above ground in the dark with a storm approaching, and Oat would be traveling the short distance above ground in the dark with a storm approaching alone.

"Or, well, it's not far..." Oat glanced back in the direction of the warren. Even with Blizzard's size, the patrollers and warclaw could drive him off if he caused trouble, right? Mind made, she turned her attention back to the big buck. "Follow me."

Without waiting for an answer, Oat started back towards her warren, pale tail bobbing in the dark ahead of Blizzard.

He could tell the doe was frightened alittle because of his size. He was suprised at the bold offer. She didnt even trust him yet and she still let him follow her. Without any reluctance he followed Oat to the Warren. He knew nothing of Warren life and what would the other rabbits do to him? What would be his role? Would anyone accept him? Heck, would the WarrenCheif approve? He quickly shook off those questions. He hopped quickly after her and they continued to the Warren.

Frost nodded. "Rest well, Berry." The buck felt an odd tenderness creeping into his voice. Frost had felt it before, he knew what it was, but Misty's face flashed into his mind unbidden.
It'll be different this time. I'll be able to protect her.
A foolish hope for something as small as a rabbit, but a hope nonetheless.
That done, the warchief hopped over to Ash. "I understand that the events of yesterday have you nervous, but be careful. We won't be able to function if we're all sleep-deprived."

Leaper had been sitting at the edge of the warren to the south, nibbling on the grass and yawning. There was a rabbit trail leading to the south, and from a quick count of heads it seemed like it was Oat, or maybe Thistle or Flurry. Where had that rabbit gone? Leaper considered following, but with the bobcat out there...
Best not to.
The chimera became aware of two rabbits ahead of him, the familiar small-eared figure of Oat and a buck he didn't know. A big buck, too, at that - had Oat found a new mate? Could this rabbit be trusted?
Leaper hopped over to the pair under the trees. "Who's this?" he asked, voice guarded.

As the excavator moved forward, she would trip over a root. If she investigated it, she would find that it smelled earthy and delectable, firm from the nutrients absorbed during the recent rains.

Oat startled and tripped over a root clumsily, landing in front of Leaper.

"Oh, sorry," she squeaked, hot under her fur from embarrassment. First landing on a stranger, and now nearly slamming her nose into the warclaw's feet? "This is Blizzard, I was bringing him to Frost. Er- I think he wants to join."

Hop flanked Leaper, his small size noticeable beside Blizzard and Oat, but ready to help if the warclaw decided the outsider buck needed to be driven away. The smell of edible roots distracted him slightly.

He watched Oat fall, "Are you ok.." But stopped mid-sentence and looked at the two rabbits in front of him. One was very small but looked determined. He looked at the two strange rabbits. "My name is Blizzard, I was hoping to join your Warren. Oat was taking me to your leader." He turned to make sure Oat was ok. He folded back his ears at the two rabbits, hoping to look unthreatning, even though he was very big. He hoped that they wouldn't hurt him.

Ash heard Frosts voice change as he talked to berry and smiled a bit. Ash always loved the thought of love, even if it wasnt himself. Though he would be very happy if he had a mate...Frost snapped him out of his thoughts as he spoke. Ash nodded, "I know and i am very sorry sir." Just then he smelled the sent of another rabbit. Ash looked at Frost than at the stranger, showing Frost the rabbit just in case he didn't smell or see him. Slowly Ash approached the rabbits. Wow, hes big.... Ash thought to himself. Ash himself was on the bigger side but not like that. Ash shook the fear before introducing himself. "Im Ash, whats going on?"

Aspen saw Oat and the loner approach, her eyes narrowed ever so slightly. He was big, a decent size bigger then quite a few rabbits in the warren. She hopped slowly towards them, a loner didn't just appear out of nowhere.
