Aftertale's head snapped in the direction of Thrush. He could hear the snarling of the badger but in the state of mind that was in he didn't know. "Genocidists!" he yowled. He walked off of the rock and fell to the ground below.

Dusttale listened. He could hear snarling. "I don't think that sound is a genocidist." He heard the yowl. "Someone's in trouble!"

Soarings blood froze. ,thrush," he breathed. "My sister." He froze in place, then snapped out of it, running towards Thrushs direction.

The badger inched closer. Thrush heard voicees.

Dusttale ran after him.

Soaring stepped on a twig while walking.

Thrush opened her eyes to see the badgers staring at her. The badger lunged, snapping his jaws. Thrush ducked, a piece of fur fallinfalling to the ground.

Soaring burst into the clearing. "Thrush!" he yelled.

"Soaring?" she asked. She yelped as the badger came closer.

Soaring lunged, claws unsheathed, slashing at the badger.

Dusttale ran faster. He lunged at the badger.
