His scales sparked as the lightning ran across him. He roared in pain.

Dusk kept dogeing the lightning as she flew to him. She was worried she was trying to catch him before he hit the lake that was below him.

Midnight fell and fell. He closed his eyes, waiting for death.

Dusk growls and she roared before folding her wings to her side so then she was diving down faster and got to Midnight and she catches him and she opens her wings slowing their fall

Midnight heard dusks wings, and he felt his tail touch the surface of the water. The electricity on his body passed to the water before Dusk touched him. He opened his eyes and gave a weak smile at dusk. "thanks," He said warmly.

Dusk smiled. she flew over to a cave and she Put midnight down on the ground and she landed next to him.

Midnight smiled. "Can we go see your family now?" He said.

Dusk nodded her head. "Yea we just have to wait for the storm to pass unless we risk getting hit once more."
