Obviously, today is not that day lol)) Eddie chewed on his lip briefly as Alex poised a rather relavent question to him. Why wasn't he with the others? How did he explain accurately the fact that he really wasn't comfortable around one of them... or both of them now? Finally he swallowed and sighed softly. "I'm not with them no," he admitted quietly. "I figured ... I figured it'd be safer over here and I didn't really want to wander alone again," his voice was soft, hesitant even, as he skirted around the bigger issue. "My name is Eddie," the siren finally managed a weak smile and extended his hand for Alex to shake. |

I return the smile, but keep an eye on Eddie's fangs. What do they do? I have heard stories about turning you into a vampire, being the blood-sucker's servant. Or being a chrivled corpse. I try not to let the fear show. "Yeah, I don't trust what they are doing." |

But, well, that was the thing. "It's okay," he finally mumbled. "A lot of people look at them. I can't do anything. They're actually useless and just for show." "I just don't want to accidentally get caught in any sort of mess that will inevitably happen," Eddie admitted quietly and glanced toward the book. "You like dragons?" |

Edsel "Eddie" Virginia // 14 // M // Vampiric Siren // M: Alex It was important to note at this point in time, the fact that Edsel Virginia was not used to other realms. The entire concept of other realms was foreign up until he had been offered a place at the school. Learning about these other realms was one of his main priorities. However, it was also important to note that Eddie's kindness was nothing more than kindness. He wasn't planning on finding a relationship--certainly not right now. More so, he was interested in making friends. "Sometimes, I feel like being camera shy too," Eddie admitted and rubbed the back of his neck. "Some people are naturally photogenic... and it turns out... I'm not one of them," he added a small laugh to take the edge off of his words. "Were you able to keep them as pets?" |
