"Comin' Keylo? Been kinda silent." She said. Then, looking around asked, "Keylo?" No answer. " KEYLO!? "

"What!" She said .

"I didn't know where you were, and with what's happened recently, I got worried. Anyway, Astral and I are going to go hunt and look for other survivors. Wanna come?" Shadow said .

"Sure, let's get going." She replied , and then they set off.

Astral followed Shadow and Keylo, mainly staying near Shadow. "What if there isn't any food?" He asked. If wolves were missing, would that mean the prey would be missing too?

"I could smell some foxes nearby, and I wanna check it out. And if we don't find food, well have to scrounge for plants." She replied , turning towards the scent of the foxes. Moving some plants, she saw 2 pups, and a dead mother. "Why hello, little guys. Are you ok?"

The smaller pups said, " A-a-re you the monster that attacked our mommy? "

"No, we're survivors too. We're looking for food and other survivors. I know we're supposed to be enemies, but let's ignore that for now until we know for sure how many survivors there are." She replied in a soft, calm voice.

The bigger one said, "How can we trust you?"

Astral hoped that they would find food, he'd never had to eat plants before. He heard Shadow talking to someone but he couldn't see cause of the tall plants. He stepped around Shadow and noticed the pups, just as the bigger pup was asking Shadow if she could be trusted. Astral was happy to see other pups "I trust Shadow...she isn't my momma but she found me and said she will help me find my parents"

"What he's saying is the truth. Now look. I'm kinda acting as no for those who don't have one or can't find theirs. so if you wanna join, go ahead. If you wanna stay here, all alone, with a scary monster lurking about, go ahead. Your funeral." She said in an " I don't care" kind of tone. I didn't know how stubborn foxes could be! She thought

"Please come with us" Astral begged a little. Even if they were foxes, he wouldn't mind having others his age to play with whenever Shadow would be busy with hunting or other things. "I can be your new playmate"

The younger Fox runs over and pounces on Astral. The older one, who's still suspicious of them, slowly walked forward and said uncertainty, "ok..."

"I'm Stella." She said, then looked at her sibling in annoyance because of this strange alliance with wolves, when they've been enemies for over a century. (Choose a gender for your fox)

"Nice to meet you Stella and Aqua" Astral smiled and got pinned by Aqua again. "I'm Astral!" He said, wagging his tail.

Aqua giggled as she pinned Astral again. They played around for a few minutes before standing up and shaking the dirt off their pelts.
