Samuel (Sammy) A. Muñeca || Male || Siren || Dark || Mobile || M: Jake
The dark haired Siren gave the human male a short look. There were obvious gears turning in his head, as he debated between a few different thoughts at the words Jake said.
Finally, he grinned and slid closer to the human, tentacles reaching upward as he wrapped them around his limbs. "Yes," he said slowly, tightening his grip. "But that is nothing compared to me. You know how to fight above the water's surface. I am renown below it."
He released the human, watching him drift toward the helmet with an idle half smirk. Sam rolled his eyes as he slid past him, each inky dark tentacle rolling forward.
"Well, you're not wrong. That's what some people did," he replied with a nonchalant shrug. "Some people attempted to give their children to us. Of course, we let them... swim free in the ocean. Wouldn't dare harm a little one."
Not that it did them much good.
But he wasn't saying that now was he?
"You see, the thing about this place, is the history," Sammy waved one hand, pulling himself up one wall. "The history is in the banners and the stone. It tells of a people who were vain and greedy. Then, when something happened, they turned and blamed others."
He dropped a loose banner toward Jake.
"Such as when the first born prince had a rather... distinguishing birthmark all over his face," the image was depicted in the tattered fabric.
"Couldn't be their fault or even just a genetic mishap. No, it had to be someone's fault," he landed behind Jake. "So we took them all out. Except. For. One."
He wrapped his tentacles around the human. "Not you, of course. But you can help me, can't you?"
