This pack holds a vicious tale of a great tree. Yggdrasil. Each and every decade, a new wolf from the pack had to climb up to Yggdrasil and guard it till they were no longer able to.

These wolves were known as the Guardians of Yggdrasil. The alphas chose each wolf to guard it, but guarding Yggdrasil was never that easy.

The tree's arrogant roots were always slithering in and out of the ground, spying on the guardian that was supposed to watch Yggdrasil. Usually if the tree did not like the guardian, it's roots would slither up the wolf's body and choke it till the guardian was dead.

It would happen year after year and the pack began to run out of wolves. So, the alphas decided there was no more guardiang the furious Yggdrasil. Till a hero stepped up.

Cactacae was a wolf who hid in the shadows till he came up with a brilliant plan. They fight Yggdrasil. If the tree was dead, there would be hope for the pack. But his plan just got more wolves killed.

Yggdrasil's roots just choked and stabbed the wolves to death till only Cactacae was left but he prayed to the tree and said, "Great Mother, Take my soul and please do not touch my pack. I will do anything for my pack."

But there was just one thing.

Yggdrasil took Cactacae's soul but whoever tried to approach Yggdrasil was scared off by Cactacae's ghost and his or hers soul was taken too as a punishment.
