Joined cause wolves are my fav animal. I like Percy Jackson, generally all Rick Riodan books, so I name my wolves after old myth-like names.

Beginning with High Princess Valmara, sister to the unworthy, Queen Irafel. According to Maelor's grandmother, Valmara was a servant of Death. In Valmaran belief, Death was a she-wolf, lover of Fenrir, the ender of worlds.

From Melansei, the bloodline trinity of Queen Irafel, High Princess Valmara, and their brother, the Lost Prince Merlyne converged, one heir from many generations. According to Maelor, it was at this point that all descendants of the First Queen had a right to claim the throne. Melansei was the mother of Archera, who was the mother of Brulon, followed by Alisandra, and finally, Danae. Danae was the mother of Duke Bastion and Queen Lucretia. Queen Lucretia reglorified the wolven world in the Mystral Valley and Golden Glass Seas, alongside her loyal brother, Duke Bastion.

Lady Scholaras was youngest daughter with the Sorceress Denali, keeper of the scrolls, historian, knower of all names and the blood count.

Huntress Nerissa, only daughter of Scholaras, was Maelor's grandmother. She instilled in Maelor a love of teeth and claws, the sharpness of bones and hunger, and how to serve to Death Herself--regardless of Her proximity.

The Dragonbone Pack lay to the North, far away from the Mystral Valley and Gold Glass Sea. They had uncontested power in the North and an ancient lineage. It was a harsh, stark, cold place--but it was united in its strength and peace. The dynamics of the Dragonbone Mountain clan would never be the same when one of their blood, though not their clan, arrived from the South to conquer. His name was Maelor, and he took the name Valmara, of his she-warrior ancestor. Bearing her golden eyes, Maelor triumphed in one-to-one battle with the Alpha of the Dragonbone Mountains, and took his daughter, Miriamele as his destined mate. The Dragonbone Mountain pack's bloodlines trace to the royal southern family by three males: Maelor, Caldera, and Desmond. By blood, Caldera is the closest to the Bron ruling bloodline--as the great-grandson of Queen Astral and King Terran Reid through their second son Highborn Prince Justinian. A fourth bloodline was introduced much later, unbeknown to Mordred before his death. One of Aemon's illegitimate youngest daughters found refuge in the pack, by the name of Aemma--who claimed she was the daughter of a Queen Kalahar. She did not disclose her kingly ancestry and only wished to dwell in the north isolated from both her parents.

When the royal house in the south finally fell, bewitched to a deathlike sleep until the end days, the Dragonbone wolves sought to salvage any pups born of their southern kin.
