Alpha is the top of the chain, followed by their succeder, the Betas.
Alphas can sit in their den all long, allowing their Betas to give the orders. They are the first to eat, even if they do not do the hunting.
Betas also take the Alphas rank when their leader dies or leaves the pack, they are the next to lead.
Defenders are the third to eat. They defend their clan, being the best at battle. They are also more likely to challenge an Alpha or Beta. The Defenders are more likely to take a Beta role when a spot opens, they fight for it.
Hunters are the fourth that get to eat, followed by Patrolers. The Hunters are the ones that hunt for the pack's food, while the Patrolers are the ones that keep the pack safe, watching out for enemies while they are seting their marks. They are not allowed to hunt when watching over the territory.
Omegas are the last to eat. They eat what ever scraps are left and they carry out the chores of finding dry moss and bringing the prey out. Their is usually one omega, but may be more. The Omega usually takes care of the sick.

As an old rule, other wolves were told that they must have an animal's name mixed in with theirs. After a few seasons of Soul Walker being Alpha, she changed it, saying that they can have any name they want, but that is the name that you have to stick with until you die unless you switch packs.

Wolves are not born into their ranks, they prove that they are strong enough to take on the role they wish to live by.
Rules:
~If a wolf challanges another, they must fight back or step down.
~Alpha eats first, then Beta, Defender, Hunters, Patrolers, and Omega(s).
~Patrol wolves must NOT hunt while patroling the territory.
~Omega MUST do as they are told by senior wolves.
~Omega MUST clean out the bedding and fetch anything for nursing wolves or the sick.
~If a wolf is caught breaking a rule, the Alpha's deal with them.
~No wolf may attack a pup, not even another pup (Unless playing).
~If another wolf pup is found out in the wild, it is to be taken into the pack.
~Dogs are not to join, nor are allowed to be bred with.
~Taking in dog pups is prohibited.

~Their MUST be a male and female Alpha, same goes for Betas.

*Wolves may mate with others of another pack, but they must always remember where their loyalties lay.

As the pack has morphed into Darkseeker and Lightbringer decendents, they have learned to live together. The pack has agreed to become neutral, leaving all their bad feelings for eachother. This pack works very well together, easily hunting down prey for the elders and little ones. The wolves do their best to provied for the pack, living by a code that keeps them united.
