| @Key Lamb and Pork are considered "red meat" but are good for iron in small portions. But chicken and certain seafood is food. Eggs. And lots of spinach or kale. Some nuts are good too |

Hidden away in the heart of the forest, the wolves of the Kami pack have found their home. They claimed a small but bountiful territory stretching between the northern Wormwood Mountains and the Blue Pearl Lake. The pack den is located near the lake on a small, rocky hill. In some places, it's overgrown with thick bushes, in others the stones prevent the plants from taking over. Both the plants and stones provide the wolves with shelter, with peaceful places to relax in between of hunts.
