| Jun I've heard people relate it to "gaydar" as well, but I think the autism one might have more basis in facial features while gaydar focuses more on how someone dresses. Both deal with mannerisms, of course. |

| I once heard my friend's mom pull my friend aside when I was younger (around 12 or something) and I overheard them say something about my ADHD and afterwards my friend treated me like a baby. |

| If she had said it in a derogatory way, I would've been mad. Her son has autism though, so she was just saying it because she knew the signs. Plus she tipped me $60 on $12 ticket so I definitely won't complain. |
