| October You’d think that your security deposit would be enough to cover anything if animals did cause damage but most people that rent out don’t give the security deposit back anyways. They will find the most obscure reason to keep it. |

| Winter I wish For a 1 bed studio, aka someone’s basement in my area, it’s at the least 1K and that’s sharing a home with someone you don’t even know. Animal fees are ridiculous too, 300 per pet plus 10-30 per pet a month. |
