| amber yeah, ive found this apartment I really like, and it allows cats! so maybe when I get the apartment I will get a different one. :( dom yeah i get that. i really do. so imma get a different kitten when i get a stable apartment life settled. |

| As a 21 yr old who lives in an apartment by myself. I still can’t get the pets I want because of the apartment options in the area.. depending on the area it might be a long while till you can stably take care of yourself and the cat |

| Hunter Well personally I think until you move out you have to respect the fact you still live under their roof and you need to listen to their rules , I'm 21 and still have to do that it sucks but is what it is |

| Hunter Not saying what she did was right, but at the end of the day you no longer have a stable environment for that cat and risk causing unnecessary stress to the kitten. If you are trying to move out anyways, make that your priority. Make yourself stable first and then get the cat |

| The cat doesn't know you consider it a child, the cat doesn't feel like you are its parent either. I'm an animal love to but to place human emotions onto an animal like that is just not realistic. The cat sees you as a safety blanket, and can very well see someone else the same way. Bringing it into an environment where it could very easily get dumped is just not fair to it |
