| when i got flu last october, i had one week of fever and then one week of awful cough. got paid sick leave for fever, called my employer and told them about the cough, got told to stay home until its gone. thats the way every workplace should be >.< |

| Caesar Not really. The company I work for has the policy of if you call off for ANY reason, you get 1 point. Manage to get 6 points in 90 days, you're fired. |

| We only get 10 days PTO for the year, and that is for vacation technically. BUT if you call out sick you have to make up the hours or use the few precious PTO hours |
